Fantastic! Staff are friendly, helped me get set up with everything I needed, prices seem lower than at other stores I've stopped in at. They have samples of most of their juice flavors as well which was awesome because I had no idea what I wanted! Highly recommend, will be shopping there from now on.

*edited* I had issues, went back in today and Ramona was amazing: super helpful and friendly and fixed it. IMO she went above and beyond. Thanks lady. ❤️Ramona was so friendly and helpful, made a loyal customer here :) Highly recommend!!!!**second update*** went back in and the girl in there was clearly annoyed to be bothered from her video game And made me feel unwelcome. I’ve had her twice now. That bums me out. I probably won’t make the drive here anymore.

Poor return policy. Bought a disposable vape and was unaware that they will only take return for defective product same day. Did not try the vape until I got home and it worked for the first two puffs and stopped turning on. Shop was already closed for the day. Came back to try to return two days later and was turned away. Staff is very nice but will not be buying from here anymore if they cannot back their product. Have never had another store not take back a defective product.In response to the response: I have never actually been encouraged to try the vape in the store before leaving. The sign was pointed out to me today but it is above eye level and with many other signs and as it was never mentioned verbally to me I simply had no idea. I could not call same day as you were closed and the next day I worked while you were open and did not have the time. I realize not wanting to be taken advantage of but in this situation it should have been very clear it was a defect of the device as the light was not blinking that it was empty - it just did not turn on at all. Even had I tried it in store I would not have known because as I mentioned, it did work for the first couple of puffs. Generally most other shops I have been to will accept a return in the first week.

Ramona was, absolutely, amazing! She took her time to help me out with purchasing a new tank and helped me weigh the pro's and con's with my choices in a very professional way. The store looked great, the atmosphere was friendly and Dusty was adorable. I will definitely be back and reccomend this establishment to everyone.

Owner was fantastic and courteous. Answered my questions as a first time vaper and helped out immensely. The employee is also a great help and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back here again and again.

The red head working always says their are no single coils...but when I go in and someone else is working they suddenly sell me the coils. The red head will not even look and it's a shame because I live close but will have to go to a different vape shop because that woman has an issue with selling to me

I was at this store today around 12pm and received exceptional customer service from a nice young man (who's name I forgot to ask). I was really stressed out because my vape wasn't working. It kept saying check atomizer" and I couldn't figure out why. While I was stressing

Highest prices for vape juice on the island. $20 for a 30ml of free base. Only 2 stars because of good customer service.
