I got a shellac manicure there which was ok. After two days the polish was peeling off from 4 of my nails, so I went back for them to fix it.First they told me you should have chosen a nail enhancement that was stronger for your nails and that this is normal to happen! I have done shellac at many other nail salons before and it has never peeled off after just 2 days! I was still ok with them to just fix it, not a big deal.Then the lady started to remove the shellac with a nail drill and managed to make two of my cuticles bleed. I asked them to kindly stop and give me a band aid but they said they don’t have any band aids :). It'sI also wanted to discuss this with the manager/owner but they are no where to be found.Very unprofessional will not go back.

I booked appointment 4:15, gave them a call that I will be 5mins late. Came in and the girl who’ll do my nails already with a customer. They let me sat down and waited almost an hour. Like what is the point of booking appointment?!Might not do my nails here again. So disappointing. No apology at all.

I am a returning customer for almost 10 years! I don't go regularly but when I do I know they care for the final results and the overall experience.I use to go to their establishment back when it was at Jane st and Tretheway, its literally been a family effort and now that they have a growing client based they have moved to this location.Speaking with them most of their client base are office girls, so many of the requests they receive are modern and sleek designs. Also after moving to this location i noticed that they expanded on the products that they use. (dip powder, Bio-gel, Shellac etc) and don't think they are not prepared for elaborate designs, give them a picture of what you're thinking about prior to starting your manicure or pedicure and they can guide you to the best product and treatment to achieve the look for a reasonable price point.

Service seems to be hit or miss. First visit they were very accommodating and did an excellent job. Second visit there's nothing added to the water during a pedicure other than the water itself. Leaving with residue from the products around my fingers and to be honest for the price paid, I have short nails no extensions requested I did expect to have a perfect job done so that is disappointing. I did point it out to the tech before leaving but still some is left on my hands.

I made a last minute booking for a Gel maintenance fill, that they were able to book me in for. The girl was friendly enough and the service was done without any issues. Completely happy with how my nails turned out.

They always surprise me with their creativity! They did dipping powder on me today and it turned out so cute and pretty! Thanks to Vivian who did an amazing job!

There’s a super high turnover rate with the nail techs here so there’s always someone new when you come. I don’t mind trying new people but this girl was 15 minutes late when they said she was 5 min away. She was also acting super hostile even though SHE was late lol. If you pay for a service I expect the attitude to be way better then that. For the price u may as well go to a different nail tech entirely

Amazing salon and super nice staff. I had a photo of inspiration for the general style that I was looking for, and the nail tech did a phenomenal job. The salon is very clean and even has a pleasant scent.

I keep coming back! Great customer service, complimentary tea or water. The salon is tasteful, inviting and clean. I love coming here for their quality of work. I’ve come here for mani, pedi, shellac and dipping - they are thorough and pay close attention to detail. I recommend Danny for dipping, he works quickly yet does a clean job. I suggest booking an appointment since it can get quite busy. Only con I can add is that it seems there’s a high turnover in their nail techs, and so their quality of service can be inconsistent at times depending on who services you. But once you find your go-to nail tech, I’m sure you’ll find a reason to go back. 5 stars!

UPDATED- I thought I would give these guys another chance. I got a French manicure and in the first hour they PEELED off. The manager told me that's normal. No, 5 days for regular polish is normal. At least give your paying clients a discount after YOUR mistake.Why did I pay $25 for French mani when previous reviewers are paying different prices? Ripped. Off.I do NOT recommend this place. Enter at your own risk. Just know that there are WAY better salons and better costs.--I booked my appointment with Chris. I ended up having a rotation of people working on my nails (at least 4 people). My nails were also burning during and after shellac. Not the best experience.
