After an angry installer subcontracted by Coast Appliances on Nanaimo failed to finish an installation job, the end result was that Cody & Andrew from Strongman Delivery arrived prepared, in fantastic spirits and fixed the job in LESS THAN 5 minutes! Cody, you’re a breath of fresh air! Cody & Andrew, you’re consummate professionals in tending to my needs and explaining the ins and outs! Trevor from Coast Appliances, thanks greatly for understanding and making this happen! I’m beyond grateful when people like these 3 show up and tend to business with energy, a can-do attitude and resolve the problem so effortlessly! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Our salesperson Trevor knocked it out of the park. He set us up with the perfect dishwasher and gas range that fit our budget. He also arranged an installation company Coal Harbour" to do both installs. Installation and delivery both went flawless

I visited Coast Appliance last week to inquire about some appliances. I was warmly greeted by a sales person Elissa. Elissa has exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge, and showed a genuine willingness to go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. I consider my decision informed due to Elissa listening to what I needed. Elissa offered many suggestions and shared available promotions. I would recommend that anyone in the market for appliances to visit Coast Appliances and ask for Elissa.

The reps were less knowledgeable than other places and Coast completely bungled the delivery. No how many times I told them I didn't need the appliance yet, they kept trying to deliver it. MY sales rep didn't help and just stopped replying to my emails. Eventually I just accepted the order and they delivered my cooktop six months before my build was complete. My experience at Trail was better in almost every way.

Joseph has been amazing at helping us with a full kitchen reno. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all of the wants and needs for our new kitchen! He worked within our budget and made sure any deals or promos were applied even if it meant waiting a week to submit the order to get the best bang for our buck. Definitely recommend!

Shout out to Coast Appliances. My dishwasher malfunctioned and since it’s a Samsung decided not to bother trying to get it repaired.Called a Duncan based appliance service I had used to purchase another appliance six months ago. I had been happy with the product they recommended and the service so they were my first call. This time, however, was a completely bizarre/unacceptable experience and beyond disappointing. When I discovered I had been charged for a brand new unit but was actually going to get a floor model, I cancelled the order and ultimately called Coast.Unlike the first business, calling Coast was a really pleasant experience. The lady who answered the phone was so bright and cheerful - she made my day - and the Coast salesperson (Lou Pescarmona) was pleasant, courteous, well organized and professional. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of various features and brands, and made me feel as though I was valued as a customer. I wound up with a higher end Bosch that cost very little more than the run of the mill GE the first business quoted. Being installed tomorrow - one call and its all done. Guess Coast has now become my first call and would certainly recommend if you are looking for new appliances.

What an awesome experience! Shopping for an appliance is often an exercise in frustration, but our trip to Coast was a very pleasant change. Lou wasn't a salesman, he was a tour guide. He took us through the vast array of refrigerators and never tried to push anything on us, instead just offered information and let us make our own decision. I would fully recommend that if you are looking for an appliance that you start at Coast. If the experience we had was an indication, you won't go anywhere else.Follow-up on the whole experience, delivery people showed up at the appropriate time, hustled the old dead machine out the door, brought in the new one and powered it up. Very efficient and friendly. Put protection on the floor and knew exactly what they had to do. Fridge is now running, hooked to water and ready to go. Thanks for the great service.
