Strange location, no tellers. You can access bank machines or speak with their advisers. but this isn't a typical TD bank, feels quite upscale! Only thing bad is that you have to park in the wholefood underground parking, come up the elevator, then walk out of the building to and about 100m to TD.

I went in for a mortgage extension appointment and met with Melissa Qiu. She was very impatient and condesending. She rudely asked me questions about my current mortgage while making me feel stupid for not remembering all the details. She was also very dismissive of a td employee from another branch who referred me here.Finally, she made no effort to offer a reasonable rate for the mortgage - only prime minus 0.35 when I currently have prime minus 0.85.This experience has made me reconsider banking with td in the future.

I too was disappointed to find out that this branch is cash less. No coins available. So why are the tellers there? Explains why it's always empty.

Have always had a good experience at this branch. It's new and the staff are friendly and helpful. Every time my daughter goes with me (she's 3) she gets 5 star treatment, She is given a cup of water, mints, a picture is drawn for her. She quietly colours it in while I do what I came for.

This location is amazing and friendly! Best TD branch I have ever gone into. They may not have tellers but they do have reliable people who specialize in different fields and give you great advice. You can tell they know what they're talking about. The two guys that helped me today (Marcus and Jordan) were great. They made sure my banking needs were met and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I will definitely be returning back to this particular branch for my needs of financial advices. Thank you Marcus and Jordan! And Stephanie for recommending me to the right person!

Went to this bank" to take out laundry money from my account...but guess what!? They don't have tellers and cannot give coins. What good is a bank if you cannot withdraw Canadian currency from your account? TD
