Low Cost Towing
I called them when I realized I had locked my keys in my car. They were so patient with me. They were super fast to respond. My mother called and got CAA on the phone so when I called them back, they were super nice and told me how far away the tow truck was from us. Once they got here, they were so patient with my kids. I will definitely use them again when I lock my keys in my car!! 5 star service for sure!

Low Cost Towing
Had a bus at a hotel in swift current that had accidentally got stuck trying to turn around. I called them up and the lady on the phone was very nice and dispatched the truck over to get the bus back on solid ground. Fast service. Thank you for the help.

After shutting down the number 1 highway with no traffic supervision from RCMP, (40 min wait) they shut it down again within a mile without letting miles of traffic though first.

Low Cost Towing
My wife and I are traveling from Ontario to BC. My truck died at the Husky gas station at around 8am this e morning of Wednesday June102020. They came out right away and towed me to the GM dealer in swift current for a very good price. I would highly recommend this company. :)

Way too pricy for having to wait 1hr being only a minute or 2 out of Swift and then only taking 5minutes to pull me out. If you ask me the name should be changed based on the wait and time. Thank goodness the guy who did the work was nice or this would be the worst service for what I paid.

I was following my GPS blindly and ended up getting stuck on an unplowed farm road in the dark of the night. The local RCMP referred me to Low Cost Towing and their dispatch advised that extraction might be difficult, but they would do their best. The first driver that came for me fell into the same situation I was in, but the second driver realized that the field next to the road was solid and was able to winch my car without any damage. I followed his instructions to retrace the tow truck tracks on the field and was able to get back on a main road. The winching rate is very competitive to what I've seen in other places.

They were alright, lady on the phone was really nice, the guys driving the trucks seem to have a bit of an additude, lack of customer experience skills, they got the job done though pretty quick, said it would be 4 or 5 hours, but got there in 2.

Low Cost Towing
I had driven over something on the highway and it punctured my tire. I was in Kyle and had called roadside assistance. They had to dispatch the tow truck from Swift Current. He arrived quickly and got my tire changed and I was on my way. He was incredibly professional and was pleasant too!!! So glad we had a good experience!!
