My subaru was involved in an MVA rolled 6-7 times end to end driver side airbags did NOT DEPLOY subaru's take its the insurance companies issue to deal with their defective product they sold to Mr! They sell defective products and take zero accountability they care nothing about who their products injure or kill! BUYER BEWARE!

We had major issues with our local Subaru Service Dept. Dealing with Subaru Canada did not help. They only referred us back to the dealer. It's no wonder dealerships get away with horrific service when Subaru Canada does not assist with issues. We waited MONTHS during the pandemic for our brand new 2022 Outback and have had nothing but nightmares dealing with a relatively small issue that turned into costing us money. Shame on Subaru Canada for not supporting your customer who spent tens of thousand of dollars on your product!

I bought a Subaru Forester in December 2022. The dealership held my vehicle random for an additional $4,000, or they said that they would sell it to someone else. A vehicle with an agreed upon MSRP that I had ordered. I reached out to Subaru Canada and they told me they couldn't help. Ford stepped in to stop this kind of garbage from happening with their dealerships but Subaru is okay with it.The emails I sent asking Subaru Canada about this weren't returned for over 2 months.Do yourself a favour and go with the competition. Get a Honda or Toyota and steer clear from Subaru.On a side note, their vehicle seats are very uncomfortable so be sure to test drive before buying, if you decide to go with them.

Truly disappointed in the brand’s standards. My current Subaru is my second in a row but will be the last. After I sell my current vehicle, Subaru of Canada will never steal from me again. Businesses should have long term vision and customer care.

I wish I could give zero stars. Anyone thinking of purchasing a Subaru, don’t, they could care less about you once you purchase their cars from them. The Newmarket Subaru literally damaged my boyfriends car and it took a year to finally have a Subaru (Queensway Location) care enough to find the problem, admit they were wrong and fix the problem. Tried calling head office, it’s been two weeks and have yet to hear from anyone.Disgusting.

Very unhappy with the commitment to customer support/satisfaction. Have a 2019 Subaru Forrester. The Thermal Control Valve Assembly has to be replaced, at around $1500. I am outside of my warranty. However, this is a common issue with our year of car, there is a service bulletin out, last updated Sept. 2022 stating that this exact part has been replaced/changed on newer models because it is a known issue. If it is such an issue, the part should be on a recall. Common known issue with a Subaru part should be cared for by Subaru and not told too bad". I was told too bad. So yes

Hi everyone, don't trust Subaru canada they don't fulfill what they are saying on there web page. I did purchase and on purchase agreement its my fresh graduate son name but there never give rebate 750$ which they commit then couple of issues regarding new vehicle but they never respond.I am not going to buy another Subaru bcz of there non professional behavior.I am warning everyone bcz in case of any complaint they don't take the responsibility.

I think this brand used to be very good but now, think again. Got a 2016 subaru, its soon 3 years in a few weeks. I noticed there are a lot of rust at the bottom of the car, exhaust pipes and other areas where I can see the part has turned rusty. I showed to the dealer and they said Subaru rust coverage doesn't cover that. That's misleading because when I got the car, they said 3 years warranty on rusts for the whole car. The car still functions but I am disappointed.

2018 Crosstrek wipers very unsafe and in an emergency you can't buy new ones unless you're near a dealership during business hours. They are not effective wipers even when new. The connection to the wiper arm is not universal for any other brand of wiper besides Subaru. Chokehold marketing and not customer satisfaction mindset. Also very expensive for low quality parts. Safety and quality had gone down over the years and will not be supporting any longer
