Great experience! Absolutely worth the money. They were right on time for pick up and drop off spots and we were given great tips and advice on what to do for the day. Both guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to spend the time helping you plan your day. No doubt we will be booking again next time we are in Banff.

We were visiting Banff during our honeymoon and had read about the trouble with parking at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake and eventually came across Hop On Banff. Booking with them was one of the best decisions we made during the trip!We met a lot of people during our stay who were unlucky and were turned away at the gates of Moraine Lake because the car park was already full so I really would not hesitate in booking the bus to prevent that disappointment!Not only was it a great way to guarantee we would witness some of the most beautiful scenery in Banff, we couldn't believe all of the amazing facts and advice we were given by the tour guides Dominique and James. They were both so knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable and smiling throughout. Bobby and Jeff were also fantastic drivers and ensured the trip was smooth and relaxing.Everything was so well thought out from start to finish and we were very grateful for the individual planning of our trip to make sure it really suited what we were looking for. When we arrived, Dominique helped us pick the best timings and even suggested some great hikes for us when we got there. Overall, it was one of our favourite days of the trip and I am so glad we booked this tour. If you're looking for a smaller and more personal tour bus with some fantastic guides then definitely book Hop On Banff!

Wonderful experience, the bus very comfortable and Tyler and Dominique are unique hosts, love their enthusiasm and all the information they give in the tour, they make you feel received and comfortable with their kindness and very interested in the history of all the places you visit with them as they make the tour very interactive and fun.100% recommended, I’d joy again!

Book this tour! Seriously, Hop On Banff is worth at least double what you'll pay and was the highlight of our trip to Banff/Jasper. This isn't just a shuttle, it's so much more. Not only do you get to sit back and relax without worrying about crazy gas prices or parking at 3 of the most popular Banff sights (all with parking so limited you might have to skip it if you try to drive yourself), but your host will personally plan the perfect day for you as soon as you board based on the kind of Banff experience you want to have.We wanted more of the picture-perfect lake experience, so day was built around that...and it was perfect.Dominique, Nick and our drivers made our day A+! We wanted to squeeze in a little something extra at Lake Louise and Dominique made sure it happened, with exact times, also recommending a great lunch spot.On the way back to Banff, Nick chatted with every single person 1:1 to answer questions and give more recommendations. He gave us a superb happy hour recommendation in town (Earl's!). Dominique also knows where all the good, clean bathrooms are. We rated each bathroom on the rest of our trip based on the Dom Scale :) You won't regret booking with Hop On Banff! I wish this was everywhere I travel.THANK YOU DOM + NICK!

We had a great day with Hop On Banff. Tyler and James were both great guides. We had a good amount of time at each stop, and they were both very informative and helpful in helping us plan our day. Not having to drive or find parking was very nice. It was great riding past lines of cars attempting to get into full lots while were seamlessly on our way. I'd highly recommend this operation to anyone I know heading to Banff.

My favourite part of my Banff trip was this tour! I loved how you could hop off at any stop, at anytime and go at your own pace. The guides was so full of information and were very fun and pleasant to be around.

We would highly recommend this option! Even if you have a car, this mode of transportation allowed us to skip all lines and was extremely convenient. It allowed flexibility in the stops you wanted to make, and you can choose the activities/hikes that suit your needs. Even with a bit of a later start (9:30am), Tyler and Dominique helped us make a personalized plan for the day and we were able to see everything that we wanted to see (i.e., Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and Johnston Canyon). As well, during the drive, the bus stopped to see wildlife (we saw a black bear!), and Tyler and Dominique taught us a lot on the tour and also offered advice for other things to do in Banff and elsewhere. This was a stress free option and we would 100% recommend!!
