Shoppers Drug Mart

Extremely bad experienceI had the displeasure of dealing with this Shoppers Pharmacy yesterday. I needed a pres went to my doctors got it went directly to drug store put it in and was told it would be around 10 min. I waited and waited half hr goes by I was told it was filled but not checked yet so ok sat down again...next 15 min later was called to counter given 1 of pres but not 2nd and was told it was too early..I had several repeats in this drugstore already, but as I needed it early I went in doctors got another written and doctor put start date July 23 to me that should have been pretty clear..I was pretty po and sore by then, since they could have said they thought there was a problem when doctor was still in office, but no they did not do that..I was angry and did make a scene and I said in heat of moment can't you read english..boy oh boy this owner whom was not there by the way.... pulled the prejudice/race card out ....It had not crossed my mind

Rude pharmacy staff, abrupt and disrespectful. I will be switching pharmacies.

Customer Service was fairly rude in the tone/ way she spoke to me through the phone. I understand you are frustrated but don’t take it out on me. All I wanted to know was wether or not you had yeast in stock

They do seem to be out of sale items fairly often, but, they do give rain checks that are good for a month.

Everything I need and almost always in stock!Nice and friendly and I love the option of self check out!

The pharmacist Angela is the nicest, most helpful pharmacist ever! Whilst cottaging in Muskoka I forgot my meds in T.O. and she went through the trouble of contacting my regular pharmacy and filling my prescription, and did so with a beaming smile and genuine courteousness. The Bracebridge Shoppers has my vote and I recommend them to everyone.

The manager Julie went above and beyond and to help me with a return. I purchased a cologne from the Huntsville location but it ended up being the wrong type and I didn’t realize until after it was already opened. I called Huntsville to ask for a return and was rudely rejected but after speaking with Julie at Bracebridge she was able to reach out to them and arrange for me to return the cologne at Bracebridge. She has very friendly and happy. I will be returning to Bracebridge from now on.

Worst experience! If you have children AVOID this place! They make promises that they can't keep and the pharmacy staff cashier was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I worked in Healthcare for 10 years and have never witnessed this much incompetence EVER!

I frequent Shoppers Bracebridge and always have a pleasant experience. I appreciate the friendly staff at front snd at pharmacy. Regardless, Shoppers should continue to coach its staff about how to treat customers well. Even one unhappy customer means education is in need.
