Mason Sewing Machine
The staff here were always kind to me whenever I visited them. They had to fix my sewing machine twice. They sell basic sewing equipment, too. I was suspecting that I was not using suitable needles fo different fabric types. They answered all of my questions patiently and gave very detailed information. I cannot thank enough. Highly recommended.

Mason Sewing Machine
I would like to give a huge shout-out to Mason’s Sewing Machines and their wonderful staff. It is my go-to establishment for the best customer service. A few weeks ago, we went in to purchase a BabyLock Accomplish sewing machine. I am a huge fan of specialty machines and this one did not disappoint. Vandhana was amazing and so patient, knowledgeable, and fun. During this time with lockdown, she arranged an appointment for us. We stayed for almost four hours as we had so many questions and were able to work on the machines with excellent guidance. As a new small business owner, I appreciate the care and attention she gave us. Thank you so much.

Mason Sewing Machine
My machine was jerking on and off while sewing when barely touching the foot pedal. Dropped off machine along with foot pedal and cord and explained the issue in full to associate at the door. While I appreciate I dropped off during COVID and safety was of utmost importance, I was handed back the foot pedal and cord as they said they didn't need mine to fix. I picked up the machine and was informed it was fixed! It was not - issue persisted. I (a layperson) searched the internet and found that the issue was the foot pedal! Wow - maybe some questions could be asked first before I laid out $120 to this company to fix a sewing machine that wasn't broken!

Mason Sewing Machine
I first went to Mason's with a friend just to browse. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I returned the next week and purchased a new Baby Lock serger and made a down payment on a new sewing machine!! There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience at Mason's. Betty Johnson and the other ladies were super friendly, helpful, and made our visit a fun experience! Betty took her time with us, showed us the features of the various machines, and answered all our questions. The customer service is second to none, you just don't find that level of care and attention very often and it's made a tremendous impression on me.

Mason Sewing Machine
We had an incredible experience in this store! The sales clerks were amazing at their jobs, they showed us demonstrations on the type of machines we were looking for, they let us test them out, gave us space to talk about our decision and yet were available for asking any questions. We weren’t sure we were going to make a purchase today, but the amazing service helped us commit and we found a sewing machine over and above what we expected to!

Mason Sewing Machine
Have ordered bits and pieces from Mason Sewing before with no issue and generally a positive experience. Needed a new button-hole machine and needed it fast so I contacted Marc at Mason and he made it happen. I was impressed with their delivery time as well as the fact they set up the machine and provided everything necessary to run the machine the day after it came into their shop. Great experience and great work every one at Mason Sewing keep it up!

Mason Sewing Machine
I purchased my Presto II from this shop, they were very helpful and took a lot of time going over the machine. I have had it for a year, they are doing the first annual service free. They are helpful when I asked advice about quilting, they gave me resources and ideas. The staff are extremely generous with their time in ensuring you purchase the right product and have lessons and resources to get the most out of your machine. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this shop. Thanks!

They answered my email query right away, when I phoned for a follow up they answered politely and got me an appointment right away. They had a very particular and crucial part immediately on hand and had the expertise to install it perfectly for me. The price was extremely reasonable and I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. Thanks to your whole team, and Betty in particular!
