Big thank you to Beachcomber P.A. and especially to their technician Ben. He came to our small town on a Friday afternoon/evening and repaired our hot tub. He is extremely busy but gets the job done. I would highly recommend this business.

I didn’t buy my hot tub from them, the previous house owner did so I can’t comment on the sales end of things, but when it comes to maintenance, I would not recommend dealing with this company. My hot tub was leaking a tad before. After having being told I needed the pump replaced and jets replaced and a bunch of other maintenance done - which I had done, my tub now leaks even more. The first visit took place over two months ago now. The technician only works part time; his availabilities are already limited, but he also fails to return most of the calls made. At this point I find myself with a tub that is more damaged or broken than before, a bill that will probably be around $1000, all that, just to be in worse shape than I was before and after going at this for two months… Not at all impressed
