Typically I do not review commercial landlords, but felt inclined to in the case of PBA. I have been a tenant with PBA Land for just under 6 months and I am very impressed with their organization and service for handling commercial properties. They are exceptionally helpful and supportive and care about their tenants. Their properties are kept immaculate and their maintenance and administration staff are always happy, friendly and quick to respond to and accommodate a variety of requests. They also hold appreciation events and lunches for tenants to mingle which I really enjoy and helps me get to know my fellow neighbours! I would highly recommend PBA Land Development to anyone looking for a commercial landlord in Calgary that really goes above and beyond.

Do not lease from them, they don’t care when their tenants have issues. They just shrug it off.
