Personal attention without feeling rushed. I love that the girls don't make you feel like just another number. Will definitely be going back again

Never got to try this business out, despite multiple attempts over a few days. Filled out website online form two days before my visit to Campbellford, requesting a pedicure appointment, no one ever replied. I called once in town, no answer, voicemail says call the stylist or esthetician you want on their own private number - that doesn't work for a new customer. Visited in person, door locked with sign to call or text...I tried texting this time, no response. Not sure what else a new customer is to do?I realize businesses are re-opening and may not have all their processes in place, I would have thought shut-down time would have been a perfect opportunity to make good business and customer service processes and decisions, especially ones that would encourage and welcome new customers.

They virtually never answer the phone and you have to wait for days, and you have to call back, before you get an appointment. What a way to run a business. It is hit and miss in regards to whether you will get a good cut. Time to take my business elsewhere.

Julienne was awesome helped me with what I wanted, gave me her professional option; which I value and then gave me exactly what I was looking for! It was perfect! Thank you !

The Jada girl's are all amazing. So professional and so impressed at how they have managed their business throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Highly recommend them for an esthetician or hairstylist.

Came in for my eyebrow wax and tint. They did a fantastic job cant wait until they open up for new clients for hair

I dont think iv had a more dissapointing result at a salon than i had here. Came in with a bleached honey blonde with a goal of white icy platinum and after approx. 4hrs my salonist (Stephanie) bleached and over demi-toned my hair i left with a grey/green/blue uneven mess. She said their lighting was the problem and it just needs a few wash outs but the next day after another rinse i took a look in the daylight and nearly cried. Nor was it the color or level i was hoping to achieve, it looks like i rolled in an ashtray.

I see the previous review had trouble getting a hold of anyone. I'am also a new customer, and left a message on thier voicemail requesting an appointment. I received a phone call the following day. They were able to book me in at the time I had requested. The ladies were very chatty and professional. Joanna did an excellent job on my nails and was very nice to chat with. I will be returning.

I've been to Jada a few times and they are always great to visit with for one lol. They are up to date with new styles and colors etc. I'd recommend trying Jada if your looking for an all round great place and friendly fun staff.
