Got some ribeye steaks here but they are quite small and lack fat, which is the whole point of a ribeye. They also have more grissel than I'd expect. Costco's are better and cheaper.

Went there for skirt steak and they tried to pass off flank by saying it’s the same thing. No it’s not. Bought “flank” since I was already out there,and to be honest, got a perfect piece. 10/10…. Bought rib eye 10 for $90 and was good.Overall, the meat looked great, prices average at best b/c of inflation. Playing me as stupid gets poor customer service. No return visit.

My go to Meat Shop in the Tri-cities for many years. Friendly owner and staff. Lot of meat variety Chicken, Lamb, Goat, Fish, Beef (fresh & marinated). Always willing to go the mile with any special requests for variations like cutting meat into smaller pieces, or mincing it extra-fine, making marinated meat more spicy if not to your liking etc. Condiments section added a while back helps those last minute meal pairing and planning situations as well!

Great meat shop! Lots of parking. First impressions are very clean. The price is excellent. I always buy my chicken from here, there marinated wings are extremely good. Also steak price is amazing for the quality. I have been going to this place for about 2 years now, and have had no problem with getting custom extra large cuts of ribeyes. Service has always been friendly and efficient.

Tried this butcher for the very first time and the experience was great. Called to see if they had beef tenderloin and lamb rack and they had both. When we went later that day the person I spoke to on the phone remembered me calling and was super pleasant. We purchased a whole beef tenderloin, 2 fresh lamb racks, and 2lbs of chicken wings. The price was great and the quality of the meats were lovely! This shop has a lot of marinated meats with traditional middle eastern spices which we'll definitely be back to try in the future. Great local butcher shop, they also sell some pantry goods as well.

Be aware of what the owner did to us not once but 2 to 3 times. We requested TOP SIRLOIN but what he put in the bag was just EYE OF ROUND or just regular roast cut which is significantly cheaper and lower quality then TOP SIRLOIN. I advised him twice that you are giving people the wrong meat but no changes and again the same mistake!!! which now I understand that he knows what is he doing. Also always check your receipt as you might be charged more than you should.
