Kal (and his team) is the very best. Always friendly, professional and VERY competent. Any problem will be solved quickly and efficiently. Kal is so caring I sometimes feel like he is my doctor. It brings a smile on my face just to walk in this pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used! Kal and his team are professional, caring and seem to remember everything about their patients. Kal also gives pain free injections of flu and covid vaccines. We are so glad to have discovered Kal and his pharmacy.

The people at Guelph Discount Pharmacy are the people everyone should deal with! For the last 6 years they have helped myself and my family. The difference between these guys and big pharmacy chains are these people actually care for you. They ensure you take your medications and if you don’t they give you options to make sure you don’t forget and can’t forget. They go above and beyond to make sure your health is top priority. I plan on using this pharmacy indefinitely. Great job team!

All of the staff are great! They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. You never have to wait in line, unlike Shoppers and the staff even remembers your name, your not just a number. I highly recommend you switch to this drug store!!!

My husband and I switched to Kal’s store several months ago. As a retired pharmacist that practiced for many years in large retail settings where chaos was the norm..this place is a very welcome change. Kal, the pharmacist owner, is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is quick to greet you by name when you walk in the door and always has medications ready in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this independent community pharmacy!

This is the best pharmacy that I and my family have ever dealt with. Kal and his staff are knowledgeable, caring, and extremely efficient. There is NEVER a wait for prescriptions. Kal has our regular refills ready as soon as we call (sometimes even before we call), and he is right on top of contacting our doctor when refills have run out and we need more. He knows everyone in our family by name. He is great at giving shots when needed, so gentle and kind. In my opinion, this is the best pharmacy in Guelph. Thank you Kal and staff for taking such great care of our family!

We came here for our pre-departure COVID tests. Kalpesh was kind and patient even though we were late for our appointment. He administered our tests quickly, efficiently and with minimum discomfort (even for our two year old). While waiting for our results, Kalpesh was running tests for others, dispersing prescriptions and also attending to the many phone calls coming through all at the same time - and he was very calm and kind to everyone through it all even when clearly over worked. Can't recommend this pharmacy enough.

From day one Kal has been nothing but super friendly, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. You can tell and feel that he cares about all his clients and will do his very best to ensure taking your medications are barrier free.Because I have so many medications he offered to do a monthly pack for me. I had a migraine while visiting my parents and I called Kal to see if he could transfer my prescription to the closest pharmacy. He has been timing my pick-ups so that they align and can get all my meds at the same time.Aside from him being such an AMAZING pharmacist, he is just an overall great guy. I am visibly part of the LGBTQ2S+ community and he has been respectful and non-judgemental with regards to that, which makes me feel welcome. He's by far the best pharmacist I've had.Thanks for everything Kal!
