Ace Shawarma & Burgers
We took a takeaway from this place, and as hungry as we were, the food taste was incredible irrespective. But, it does take a while for them to prepare the food for you id say 25 minutes at the least and the in person place isn't that great or lively, the main part is food which is definitely 11/10, go try it now!! They also have a discount happening right now, so check out that as well.

I have been thrice to this place. Just for their shawarma poutine. Combine it with extra toppings of Chicken tikka, and you are going to have an explosion of flavors to go through. I had their beef burger with shawrma. And that was great too. But the shawarma poutine. It's on par with my favorite place for shawarma. Definitely will recommend this to anyone in the kitchener to go here and try it to believe it.

Went with a couple of my friends here a few months ago. Great food! Customer service was great, too. They have specials every day of the week. I find the prices worth it. I tried Saturday special, which is the cheeseburger, with spicy fries and pop. The fries were really spicy and we loved it !! Totally recommend.

Well, well, well, if you're ever in Kitchener and in need of a quick snack, I highly recommend Ace Shawarma & Burgers! Located right in the heart of downtown, you can't miss it. I had the pleasure of trying their chicken wrap and fries, and let me tell you, it was finger-licking good! Although they did mess up my order a bit, the taste was still on point. So, if you're looking for a great spot for a quick bite, head on over to Ace Shawarma & Burgers and treat yourself!

*I already started to dig in before I remembered to take a picture*I've been to the location in Cambridge and Kitchener and have enjoyed my meal each time. I find the portion is great and love the pomegranate dressing on the salad. Just wish it came with pita bread.

Super disappointed!I was very excited to try this place on Sunday for dinner but was very disappointed when I was coming out after picking my order.They charged $4.83 for 1 bottle of Barbican which anywhere in the market is $2. I literally confirmed 5 times with the staff if they are sure and could not turn back coz I had already paid by that time.I am never going here again, I understand that they are in the business of making money.The food was good. I ordered the Chicken Tikka meal and really liked it.Food - 4/5 - the quality of the chicken was really good. I really liked their fries and hot sauce. However, their garlic sauce was not that good. I was told that tikka would be spicy but it wasn't that for me. Everyone has different levels of spiciness.Service - the person taking the order was really good. He spoke clearly and was very patient with me.Parking - the closest parking is on Ontario Street. These are street parking spots but if those are full you can try the North of Duke Street.Ambiance - the place was cleaner than I expected based on the other reviews. They also have a washroom which has a board saying it is out of service but if you ask they let you use it. The washroom was very clean.Handicapped accessibility - they have handicapped accessible entrance. However, since there is only street parking, there are no handicapped accessible parking spots. The washroom is also not handicapped accessible.Price - I feel that they are overcharging by a huge margin. I had first asked for a can of pop but when I saw they had Barbican, I asked if I could swap. The person said I had to pay extra, I agreed. But only after paying I realized that I paid $4.83 for one bottle of Barbican. I asked the person multiple times, I was told again and again that it is what it is. If you google you can easily find that Barbican is much cheaper than that. I missed taking my bill for the Barbican but I have attached the receipt for the can. I wonder now, how much higher they are probably charging for the food. Never going to Ace Shawarma again.Overall - Good Food! But make sure you are clear about what you want to order. Everything extra is chargeable. Pls ask for your receipt when you leave.PS: all burgers are beef burgers ONLY.

Is that how you pack your order? I ordered a chicken tikka meal and I wonder where my fries are? There’s about less - no amount of sauce and guess what it’s freaking cold. Seriously you guys have just lost a loyal customer. I wouldn’t even have this if I was given this for free.

Had the shawarma burger and it was ok, but the flavor really didn't pop or anything. I've definitely had better burgers at this price point. That being said, if you're in the mood for burgers or shawarma and you're in the area, it's worth a try.
