Reuter Roofing

Reuter Roofing did work for us in 2022. We were very pleased with that they started the work within 2 weeks of us first contacting them. Everyone we spoke to was very nice.And then things took a turn when only 1 or 2 people would show up to do the work. It took them 3 weeks to complete all the work that was listed in the quote and it was only finished that quickly because we were emailing or calling multiple times a week to figure out why the work wasn't done. When we had initially spoken to them, they promised that the job would be done in a day. Some delays are understandable (weather, people calling in sick) and are to be expected. Those delays should only push the timeline out a little though. 3 weeks to replace the simplest singled roof is beyond ridiculous. I'm just really glad that we didn't have any bad weather during that time.Would not recommend if you want things done quickly.

I had a great experience with the company, both in terms of the responsiveness of the owner, Cory, and the precision of the work done by their roof installation team. When I talked to Cory that the roof of my recently purchased house might have some leak, he sent the team within a short amount of time to replace the roof. Also, when I asked the team to do some extra work (like adding a few vents, making them water-tight, and removing plywood that was moldy from underneath), they addressed my needs immediately). Overall, I was really happy with the quality (and also the price) of the work that Reuter Roofing did for me.

Not sure about the business or quality of work.. but the professionalism of the drivers driving their trucks on the road is terrible and absolutely dangerous. I was taking my daughter to the Bullfrog Library in Guelph today, and one of their Ram trucks pulls in like a maniac and does a doughnut in the back parking lot picks up a friend and speeds off. I doubt that was a service call. Not very good representation of the company at all.

Unprofessional and poor quality, very unresponsive.Flooding damage occurred twice (in the span of a week) to my unit when Reuter was working on the roof of the building and it rained. They brought in guys to fix the damage, and it took three tries because they kept doing it badly and left a dirty mess. I told them not to come back. They said they would cover the cost for drying out the drywall by another company after the water damage, but they are refusing to pay for it now. Terribly unprofessional, I would never recommend anyone go with these guys. Cory's company has caused upwards of $4,000 in damages to my unit while working on the roof. To deal with the emergency flooding and to fix the low quality repairs that his guys did to my unit. Cory said that he would cover the cost of the emergency water damage removal, and after 16 months he still refuses to pay and now says he will not.Also, Cory will never call you back when he says. At least 6 times Cory said I will call you back by the end of the day"

We had a second roofing company inspect the job after Reuter was done, and they summed it up as 'these guys should know better'.To Reuter's credit, they came out several times to perform fixes. Unfortunately, there are still issues. I've asked Cory several times to come to the house to confirm the work meets his standards. I never get a response.

Very pleased with the roof replacement performed by Reuter, from the early discussion on shingle selection and the quoting process, through to their meticulous clean up at the end of the job, and the written warranty. The team were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them.

After a few quotes from different companies, we chose to hire Reuter Roofing for our roof replacement. Because of our busy work schedule, they accommodated to install the roof on the weekend. The crew were always friendly and flexible. The end product was high quality, beautifully done and we also saw attention to detail on the structural aspects of the project. We absolutely recommend Reuter Roofing and would certainly use them again. Excellent from start to finish!They were on time, kept us updated on progress, checked in on our preferences, were respectful of our home and left the job site clean at the end of the day. They are experts and it really shows in the finish details.

Our experience with Reuter Roofing was very positive. From the estimate to the final installation, the entire crew were nice, hard-working and professional. A special shout out to Tony for climbing 2 1/2 stories high to ensure our skylight trim was properly installed and finished. We'd recommend this company if you want the big job done right.

Very uneven work between two roofers — poor workmanship on one side obvious inferior- inspected but no responsibility taken — soon after a massive leak of water into house on that side during rainy periods and awaiting fixing in better weather by another company at our cost.Update - we appreciate Cory’s quick response to our concerns and coming to inspect the issue the next day, ascertain an issue and make some alterations that we hope have alleviated the problem of water leakage into the house.
