A few weeks ago I casually walked into Harry Rosen looking to buy a few custom suits. I met Georgii. Didn’t really know what I was in for. He began by getting to know what I needed the suits for. It was a new job in Finance. He took every single measurement possible, tapering the calves even adjusting ankle height to rest the shoe well and show socks. We went though every suit colour and material type customizing the interior and exterior, selecting button colours and pocket placement.A couple days ago my suits came in. The fit was unbelievable. I went to over 5 places looking for an off the rack suit but my build doesn’t allow it. My body fat is low and i have a muscular build.This spring I will be buying a few more suits with Georgii. This guy is an absolute pro. He guided me through every part of the creation process and I got some masterpieces as a result.If you end up going to Harry Rosen in Eaton Center, make sure you request this man to bless you.Thanks again Georgii.

I was shopping for my fiance's wedding suit at Harry Rosen, and Sam, the associate there was SUPER helpful! He was knowledgeable on the suit options available, he was very helpful in getting the right suit, and he was personable as he gave us some travel advice as well for our upcoming vacation. I would highly recommend Sam/Harry Rosen to those looking for the perfect suit for a special occasion.

I bought a $2000 Canada goose jacket from Harry rosen Eaton center mall when the seems started to fall apart within 2 months talk to the manager Lynn who. Promised that she would replace the jacket and even order the jacket which took a week to arrive once the jacket arrived. I went to the store to pick the jacket up and was refused the new jacket. Instead they said they would repair the old jacket which once again was less than 2 months old. It took them two Attempts at the repair and to be honest i'm still not satisfied. I'm not a rich man. I'm a hard working construction worker who works hard for my money for a high end store like Harry rosen to not replace a jacket that someone has worked a Long time and saved for. Is a disgrace I can't believe they would do this to somebody? I traveled 2 hours to pick up the coat and when I got there they took me in the back and brought the biggest man in the store to. Intimidate me into accepting that they were repairing the old jacket against my will. I had no say and felt hopless. I hope this comment saves someone the heartache and agony that I went through. They call them selves Boss men's wear is the biggest joke of it all

I shopped at the Eaton center location for my wedding suit and loved the experience. Georgi was the one helping me, he was really passionate and had lots of knowledge which helped me get the perfect suit. I would recommend him to anyone. He notices the smallest detail and makes recommendations which I really appreciated. 5/5 for me.

I don't post often but I have to give people a heads up Harry Rosen at the Eaton center is the worst store I have ever been to. I bought a $1800 jacket to started falling apart within 2 month witch can happen and I don't blame them for that, but when I talked with the manager Linn who said she would exchange the jacket but had to order one in my size it would take a week witch again is fair. When I was told to come pick up the jacket they took me in the back room with the biggest guy in the store to try and Intimidate me and you're taking a repair they told me I was not getting the jacket they ordered for me and that I was getting a repair or nothey told me there was nothing they could do with a jacket that would have already been worn. I said why would they try to sell a warm jacket? What type of store is this? I thought it was a high end men's fashion store. In The end I had to leave was a sub par repair that took them more than one. Try if you're going to save your money to buy a top end jacket. Do not go to Harry rosen Eaton center please go to any other store.When I read this message I was embarrassed for the store that's a shame but they did that to somebody will get theirs 10,000 followers follow 10,000 followers who follow 10,000 followers it's not like the olden days where you can just rip people off or take people in the back and try to intimidate them.

Harry Rosen is a great store at the Eaton centre to visit for a great selection of mens clothing. Prices are fair and made of good quality. The staff is kind and friendly and keeps the store clean and organized to follow Covid-19 protocols. I definitely recommend coming to check out Harry Rosen!

Long time shopper at Harry and have been pleased with their products. But recently bought a cashmere cardigan, washed as per care instructions, and it stretched way out. Contacted their customer care team, and in the end they offered nothing.

I came into Harry Rosen searching for a dress shirt for my wedding day. Their service from top to bottom was incredibly professional and courteous. They were very receptive to any questions I had, and also helped me stay within my budget. Georgi was very professional in helping me pick out a shirt, was honest about where it needed to be altered, and everything was ready by the time they said it would be. Even when I picked it up and realized the buttons were a slightly different colour (My own fault) Luis was re-assuring and helped me pick out a different shirt that matched even better than the first! Luis was genuine, honest, and he put me at ease with how well he communicated. I never once felt that I was being talked down to, or pushed into buying anything I didn't want or need (an experience I had at other men's clothing stores) I truly felt that the salesmanship was in my best interest and I would 100 % recommend Harry Rosen for anyone looking into clothes for their big day.
