Although the store was a little small to walk around, the sales rep who helped me today was absolutely wonderful! Elizabeth (she goes by Elizabeth but her actual name is Elizveta, I think - sorry if I misspelled your name!) was so attentive and friendly. She greeted me warmly as I walked into the store and let me know of the promotions in the store.I think she sensed that I was having trouble looking for a bag and quickly came to offer help. She asked me what kind of bag I'm looking for, how I'll be using it, what size I prefer and etc. She showed me three bags and each with different colors as potential options. I immediately liked all the options she showed me. And even when I was taking my time looking through the bags, she offered suggestions on how I can decide. When it came down to two bags, she broke the two bags down to pros and cons (that were specific to me).I am so glad I was able to get assistance from Elizabeth! Thank you!

The sales associates were nice and I didn’t have to wait to be helped. I purchased shoes and perfume there. Though the shoes turned out to be a hard size too big, I was assured I could return it within 30 days. The store was clean and organized. I know some Michael Kors locations have bad reviews about the staff, I did not have this experience here.

Why do you have the sales staff wear the merchandise. It makes them look unprofessional. Most sales staff don't wear there purses while trying to sell you something. Nordstrom learned this lesson, let's hope you do too.Later visit, I decided to go back for a sale on a bag. Big mistake, it looks like that if you look different or have many tattoos, the staff treat you like a criminal. I picked up one backpack, the one I was looking for, and the staff jumped all over me. Two of them. I think they thought I was going to steal it. No, I would never do that. Not my thing. I continued to look around the store, they followed my every move. I walked out. I decided this brand and their staff desciminates too much. Just by looking at you. Never going back, never buying their products. By the way I can afford your product, just thought I would treat myself, instead I will by another brand. Thank you for showing your true colours.

Let me start by saying that I work in an industry where customer service is the only thing that counts and where you only get 1 chance to make a good 1st impression. At this store, it was an amazing 1st impression.From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic staff and it continued throughout the time I was there. The patience, the suggestions and the professionalism was impeccable.I just want to day thank you to Angela who not only helped me out but made me feel important which isn't common nowadays.And secondly, to another girl (which is embarrassing that her name slipped my memory) who is from Turkey and was incredible with her suggestions and her attention to detail. You both made me happy with my bday gift to myself.I will definitely be back as they have 100% gained a new regular customer at the establishment.Jc Trujillo

Not the best experience ; I had walked into the store when one of the shoes caught my attention. Once I walked into the store, If was never greeted but because I wanted one of the shoes so badly I decided to approach an employee who was free. She took the size I wanted however after 15 minutes she never returned to update me on the status of the size availability for the shoes I wanted to biy so badly. They had ignored me all together. I was ready to make a purchase but because they had an attitude, I decided to leave the store and never come back again! Please hire people that care. Thank you!

Went to store with my wife and the store was busy still staffs are there to welcome us and provide information about products. Excellent customer service, many new products and deals.

Excellent and friendly service. The staff always treat you as a valued customer whether you are making a purchase or just browsing and asking questions. I love shopping at Michael Kors, no matter what location it is.
