I have been to a lot of rental agencies but this one is by far the best. They have quick service, clean cars at very affordable rates, car pick up and drop off option.If u need a rental, reach out to these guys.

Terrible service. Terrible business. All they want is your money. They don’t care about their customers! If you need to rent a car I would definitely avoid renting from here! Capping the rental car at 100km a day! Got a car here after an accident, now they’re harassing me for all these payments when my insurance was handling it all! Never come here if you want to save yourself from a headache!

This place is garbage.... I had gotten a car from them through my insurance because I had gotten into an accident so technically my insurance should pay them. When they couldn't get the last payment from my insurance due to the lack of communication they had between their employees and my insurance they charged me for it but didn't tell me so they had sent $86 through collections under my name. Now I have a file under collection for only 86 bucks how sad is that I wouldn't trust this place at all zero communication skills and zero customer service bad bad bad.... people watch out and do your research thanks

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 100% would never recommend would never go there again for a rental. They refuse to wait on insurance to pay but rather you pay out of pocket. They charged my boyfriend’s card knowing that the insurance payment was pending. The woman that works at the front desk is even worse at her job. This is just overall a terrible place to book or get a rental from.

Been calling them following up to get my deposit back multiple times.It was supposed to be after a week of returning the rented vehicle according to Nwar, a month later i still don’t have my $500 deposit back.Even more frustrating is talking to their customer rep over the phone saying she will clear things up on their end and she’ll call me back with a response. But they never did.I have had bad customer service before but this is way terrible

Terrible service and group of people. Driver seat barely worked when we got the car. Dropped off the car at wrong times purposely and made us go back and forth constantly. The workers don’t even know what customer service is and how to deal with clients who are using their services mainly because of an accident or car damage which is awful. Additionally, they kept trying to make accusations that their car was scratched or damaged from us but when they checked their video and pictures, it was there prior to us getting the car. Trying to make money and additional things off of people for no reason. Don’t recommend this car rental company at all who can’t even pick up or drop off the car properly for their clients that need it. Do better and save your time money and insurance than to get something from here!!!!!!!!!!

I really like the car as they provided really clean and in good condition. I have also realized that they always make sure tht they provide their best service to the customers and ensure their satisfaction level. Even though, it was my first time rent from here but I would love to rent again even ever needed. All employees are veey welcoming and help us to find the best as per our needs.

Worst experience I had with this company.They all are lier. Once they give statements and they never stand on that. They just want to do a business where after renting a car they will never understand customer satisfaction. If customer is not satisfied with the car they rent they will never change or switch and their attitude has a huge difference at time of sale and after sale.I will never recommend this company.

Avoid at all cost. I got rental car by my tow truck driver and they will give you anytime even after 10pm in night as well they bring car to your location while when it’s time for return they force to drop at their office or there drivers are only available until 2pm. They will agree to get security deposit in anyways e transfer as well but when u asked for your money back they will only have cheque which u have to go to their office again and nothing is mentioned in contract
