Great place to buy a bike

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Spoke to Tyler about getting a new bike and he gave us all the info without the pressure. A master of storytelling for sure. Got some merch too. The ladies were awesome.This shop is the true definition of good vibes that makes you wanna spend all your money.

Very disappointing service. From the first second I entered I was being up-saled for services I didn’t need. I recommend either Ottawa or Adams for service. NY, both of which are nice rides.

I can't believe a dealership would do the things they've done for me. It all started Friday evening when I was just getting into town about 5:15 my bike was having some electrical issues. The mechanic and the service manager looked over my bike and did what they could but it was just too hot to actually troubleshoot it. Service manager asked if I can leave it overnight and they would get on it first thing in the morning. And they did just that and kept me posted all day Saturday on what was going on. Well the problem end up being more than just the battery my stator was fried and my voltage regulator had to be replaced also. Once again the service manager stated to me will stay on your bike until it's ready and he did. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience at such a difficult time I appreciate everything you guys done for me and my friends that was there. The service manager at this dealership is the most amazing person you could ever deal with at a dealership. Not to mention what a great staff this dealership has all around top to bottom great place I'll buy a bike there and ride another 4 hours just to have them service my bike!

My boyfriend and I recently purchased 2 brand new Harleys off of this dealership. From Boris, our salesman, Amanda, manager, Blair, service manager, our incredibly thanks goes out to these dedicated and wonderful people. They made from sales to service a dream to deal with. Their parts department are informative and are very helpful, honest and forthright. The one confusing part for us and it was made clear to us from the beginning was the capability in the service department. There have mistakes made but the management team has been excellent in making it right throughout. Over-all it would be a 4.5 stars as we would highly recommend this wonderful team for your future purchase.Stella & Tim
