I called at noon to see if I can make an appointment the same day. They booked me for 4:45pm. When I arrived and told them my name, they pretended to not know I was supposed to be coming. They proceeded to make jokes about who will cut my hair and it made me feel awkward. I then waited another 30 minutes before she was ready to cut my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She then whips out a shaver and starts shaving my head. It was too late to say anything so I let her continue. She was clearly rushing and didn't want to cut my hair. I had waited months to finally grow out my hair and she ruined it in a matter of minutes. It is completely uneven and horrible. It's humiliating and I am contemplating shaving my head again which I don't want to do anymore. I'm never coming back here. Rude and unprofessional. You should have never taken the appointment if you were going to be so miserable.
