I waited for over 4 hours to get my wisdom tooth out. I was told I'd be asleep for the surgery. I've had this exact procedure done on the other side a few years ago by a different doctor. went well the first time. Dr. Johnson however did not successfully put me to sleep(no anesthesiologist on site), they claimed I have a high tolance. I don't believe they attempted to put me to sleep - I never was told to count back from 100, they had an extra person there just holding my head and kneck as Dr. Johnson drilled and yanked at my tooth for some time. The staff were not concerned with me, They were concerned with other people hearing my screaming. Never again, I don't even think it was frozen; it hurts just as much now as it did 3 hours ago when I walked out. Absolute nightmare.

Unprofessional dentist and incompetent staff.I went in for a wisdom tooth removal, first of all, when got referred, I was told that I would pay extra for things they already had received from my dental clinic. I get there, pay $1380 for the wisdom tooth removal, the anesthesiologist, asked me my weight, which, being European, I gave in kilos, she was not able to find my vein, and when she put it on my hand, but she didn’t think about putting my hand in a supported area (like an handle). While on surgery, I started to move and be uncomfortable (which doesn’t make sense if I had a full anesthesia) and even though they cut me open, they were not able to remove the tooth. I had 2 stitches and I was uncomfortable for over a week, and they did reschedule to come in. Today receive a call from them to cancel so called appointment, and because of the experience I’m clearly getting did not want to deal with them anymore and only wanted my money back and they would not give it to me. The doctor was rude, said that “my size” was not easy to handle and the staff clearly is unprepared and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to get your surgery done.
