Eggleson Professional Home Inspections

Mr Eggleson has lost ALL my confidence in his services. This is the second I've used him and this last visit was horrible. Nothing in the inspection report showed anything to do with faulty wiring, a leaking roof, or a shower valve that doesn't function properly and other things ignored or carelessly overlooked. If you want something to look good on paper. By all means, call this guy. If you REALLY want to know what's going on with your next home inspection... Dear Lord please call someone else. Eggleson does not do a complete inspection. I was relying on him as I was not able to view the property in person. He did not point out several foundation concerns, did not point out that a drawer could not open because it was blocked by the stove. He did not note that there was evidence of mice, he did not point out that a room that was called a bedroom" by the Realtor was not a legal bedroom as it had no proper egress. He didn't point out that the doorbell didn't work. He did not point out that the bathroom fan cover was defective. He did not point out that there was an open junction box in the bedroom closet. And on and on. DO NOT USE HIM!"
