Q-Nails

Horrible work & extremely poor customer service. Prices are always changing. I bought a gift card for the exact price of a pedicure with color, when the person went to redeem it they told them that price was without color when I specifically mentioned to the owner that I didn't want the person redeeming to have to pay anything on top and they confirmed that they wouldn't. Very unprofessional and shady business!

Went in for basic pedicure. They were able to fit us in right away. Had a lovely pedicure, however they did gel polish without asking/confirming, so it ended up costing 20$ more than I expected. Just make sure you specify VERY clearly what you want.

I was happy with my nails when the owner finished with my nails. . My sister in law had her pedicure while I had a full set of Gel nails put on. When I went to pay I was told 90.00 for my nails.They were a gel pink colour, nothing extra at all, no French tip nothing. I was surprised but was in a rush as my sister in law had already finished her no nail polish, no wax, pedicure.Which I was told her pedicure was 60.00.What….. so I paid even gave her a tip. I was so surprised at the price I left astonished. We are now only one week into the Gel manicure and it is lifting. I also viewed their website and What…….. the price indicates Gel full set is $70.00. The pedicure, lets remember no nail polish, no wax. It is on the website as 40.00. I cannot believe this. Make sure you ask the price before you sit down. That’s on me, but where does the extra $20.00 per service come from. No where does it cost that much for a Gel set.

I went to get my nails done and the man didn’t listen I asked him to cut them short he ignored me, I asked him if he wanted to see the design I wanted he said no and did what he wanted. My nails are crooked and badly shaped none of them are the same length or even with each other. One of my nails fell off the next day. Don’t go there they are terrible.

Worst place to go. I do not recommend it. I've been here so many times to get my nails done, and the last time I went, I was there for over 3 hours for a set that should have only taken 1 hour. Within 2 days, 2 of my nails were breaking, so I had to go back to get them fixed. The next day, another one broke, but I didn't bother to go back. I went somewhere else, and they really took their time and made sure I left happy. I do NOT recommend coming here. I highly suggest you go somewhere else..

If you value your money and your health do not go here. I went in for acrylic nails on a Friday. I expressed all of my concerns and how I wanted my nails to look to the owner. She assured me they did quality work and that I would be a happy repeat customer. 3 days later, the gel had bubbled, was peeling off and an entire acrylic nail popped off. I do not work with my hands or in a physical labour setting. They absolutely refused to refund my money and began yelling at me for asking. Very disappointed in their customer service and hygiene. I watched them use the same clippers/scissors they used on me on two other girls.

Always my go to place. The ladies are very nice, polite, hardworking & full of smiles no matter what time of the day. Price is alright as well. As one of their regular client, the lady that I always see usually goes above and beyond taking more time than usual to massage my feet & calves. Feel so relaxed after each of my visits. Would definitely recommend this place.

I went to Q-Nails on Friday evening to get a fill. I hadn’t been there before but heard good things from a coworker so I decided to check it out. It was empty when I walked in. I sat down and an older man began to take off my previous gel polish. He was extremely rough with my hands. He cranked and squeezed my fingers very hard and haphazardly removed the polish. He got to my pointer finger and the file slipped, because he was rushing, and he cut a chunk out of my finger, it bled immediately. He got up, upset with himself and so his associate took over. She got to my pinky on the other hand and than cut it as well. I ripped my hand away and walked out. Note to those of you that work at this location *you need to be gentle with your clients hands and take your time*. I go to get my nails done to relax! Not to leave injured! I went to Pure Nails the next day and the tech told me that he had taken my nails down too much. Horrible experience don’t go here.
