Matt was recommended highly by people in the industry. I texted Matt and he replied instantly regarding a quote. He came out the next day took his time explained all the pros and cons and provided a quote. The next week the installation was completed in a day and a half. He removed the old furnace AC and water heater and replaced it with new. He returned the old water heater to reliance so I didn’t have to. He was very respectful of the house and cleaning up. I highly recommend Matt Fleming Services.

Mat was able to come same day for an AC repair. When I've needed AC service,before, with other companies, it's been several days or longer. Gave me a time frame and was even early. Very easy to talk to. Explained things well. Stated, what he thought the issue was and even called the manufacturer, to get their input. Placed the part and my AC is working. Yay. What I really liked was no disparaging comments about my AC and no push to buy new, like other companies have.

Darrin did an awesome job on an emergency call. We have to wait for parts as it’s the weekend so they supplied heaters. They were there quick and Darrin was super efficient. Matt was extremely quick to reply when I sent him a message asking about an extender kit needed for our new smart thermostat. Matt and Darrin were out this morning to fix our air conditioner that stopped working. Matt responded in a timely manner after I sent him a message and was able to get a service call in quicker than I expected. They came on time, prepared with parts needed and had it up and running in no time. They are very professional and know their stuff!
