We had major septic issue on Dec 25. Turns out it was a broken line between the house and tank. Talked to Dan Dec 28. He came and looked at the situation on Jan 2 after the holiday. On Jan 5 he organized and completed the excavation and replacement. We are happy with the result and responsiveness in dealing with this. Certainly would recommend Bluesky Advantage.
