New furnace and humidifier installed today by this company. Had a great experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to others.Home visit was really helpful to discuss our options and get advice on best equipment for our backsplit.Mike gave us a quote on a new heating system that was clear and fairly priced.Installation team was friendly and professional. They put down mats to protect the floors and our washer/dryer, and worked efficiently to complete the job. Everything was cleaned up before they left.After the installation was done, Jon and James took the time to go over the heating/filter system, humidifier unit and new thermostat with us. Really appreciated their expertise.Two thumbs up!! Thanks for the great experience.

The whole process went very well from the assessment with Brian to helping set up the energy assessment for the government rebate, to the guys who came to the house to install the new Hvac system and water heater. These guys were very professional and cleaned up and took away all the old equipment. They answered all my question. I would recommend them in a minute.

Amazing service!! Very accommodating and professional. The two technicians that came to my home we’re prompt, professional, and very clean. The house was left exactly as they found it, they even interacted with my three-year-old son which made his day. I would definitely recommend this Company to my family and friends. Before they left they made sure that I understood everything about the furnace that they installed and answered all of my questions patiently. I will definitely be calling them for my annual service.

Brian came to our home to give us an estimate. We found him knowledgeable, professional, respectful, funny and honest.John and James did the install. They were both very polite, conscientious about not making a mess and tidying up at the end of the first day and the second day.We highly recommend the people who provided us with our heat pump solution. And love our Mitsubishi system! It's quiet and efficient. The constant air temp is wonderful.

My AC decided to go during one of the earliest hotter days of the summer. I contacted Envornmental Heating and Cooling, they were able to send someone right away. Although my A/C was toast (over 22 years old), they were able to make our home more comfortable, until we were able to replace the unit. The tech that came, was knowledgable, professional, helpful, and informative about my current A/C as well as information on replacing the unit. Price was comparable to current market rates - but after reviewing the reviews from others, I decided to go with them. Best decision. I highly recommend Environmental Heating and Cooling.

Brian took time to take a good look at my existing system and explained what could be done to replace it. He was great at explaining all details, taking measurements and how everything would be located. The quote was not the lowest but had the best warrantee and clearly showed that service would be a priority. The installers were efficient and clean, laying down carpet to ensure they weren't going to leave a mess. Everyone performed expertly. Everything has been running for a week, and after getting used to the new high tech thermostat, it is all running smoothly. After interviewing 5 companies, it looks like I made the right choice.

When our furnace died mid-winter, this company was recommended by a friend. They were so fast to respond over the weekend, providing a detailed quote with multiple options. They had a team to install our new furnace first thing Monday morning. Great service, and value. Would definitely use this company again!
