This place used to care about the patient but it seems now every good doctor gets sent to the Uk. Except dr Verma. The guy is a muppet. I went in with bad back pain and because I was out of shape he told me to stretch and go to the gym. Get healthy. Fast forward 2 years. Back pain is worse and I’m fit. And what does he tell me. Just don’t do workouts that I feel the pain. Refuses to send me for a X-ray or a mri. These people just want to get you in and out that’s it. Don’t go here if you want a doctor who cares and will stay or else you’re switching doctors every couple years. And who wants to play bingo with your health.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will be looking for another doctor we had Dr Fernando who not only knew your name but really listened to you and provided excellent care. He really was an amazing doctor. Fast forward to now Dr Tam hands down is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Not only does he not know who you are but he doesn’t care one bit about you. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about your health and well being do not go to him. All he cares about is getting as many people through and that’s it. Whatever you do do not talk to him about several things as he will tell you the appointment is for one thing only and you will need to make another appointment which is absolutely ridiculous. We have been at this location for years and hate to have to find another doctor but if we want our health taken seriously we need to leave this clinic.So if you are looking for a great place for a doctor DO NOT go here in fact do yourself a favour and run. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment because that is all you will get from this clinic Place should be shut down for poor medical service or remove these useless doctors but something needs to change.I hope that this review helps people to not make the mistake we did with going with Dr Chris Tam.

Dr. Verma has been my family doctor since 2016 and to say I am thankful for finding such a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable physician is an understatement. I have had some complex medical issues and Dr. Verma has been my most trusted advocate. His bedside manner is second to none, his total health approach including a healthy lifestyle is exactly what we need more of. The clinic staff have been equally gracious and kind to me. The pharmacy on site is also a great asset and work with the doctors.This is a wonderful clinic staffed with excellent family Doctors.

My 1st time going to a clinic is Calgary and had a great experience. The front staff , for me anyways , were polite and professional. I made an appointment and then came back an hour or so later for it . Dr. Tang is a great doctor. Was able to out the issue , medicate me for what I needed and off I went . Thank you .

Always have a positive experience with Dr Verma, front staff, and the nursing staff. There have been times that Dr. Verma isn’t available so we’ve seen other Drs at the practice to and never had any issues. For the most part the clinic is always running on time. It’s a medicinal practice so emergency’s do occur but I’ve never had an issue of waiting for more than 10-15 mins. I highly recommend Dr Verma, now been a patient of his for three years.

Worst walk-in experience. Was told to come at 9 am as walk-in but scheduled for 1145am, just need a referrals note.for massage therapy. Took my chances, nobody is waiting when I came. Waited for almost 1.5 hrs. I let them know that I have to leave I just need that note and I cant wait anymore until 1145am. Phoned Medicentre at 130th, waiting time is 30mins and was accommodated in less than 20mins.

I went into this walk-in clinic as my family doctor couldn’t get me in before July, she works out of McKenzie towne medical, so when they said new Brighton medical is affiliated & could see me today I figured it would be perfect. The front end staff and nursing staff is top notch, they were so kind and respectful to me. The dr on the other hand was rude, offered no solutions other then see my family doctor.. which I couldn’t til July. Came in didn’t even ask me any questions and starts talking about my weight, and things he had no right talking about without asking me questions first. Very unprofessional, I left feeling way worse then when I went in. Safe to say I will probably never go back here again.

Sundeep Verma who is proclaimed to be a doctor did not show anything that relates to this profession. Starting from listening to the patient until saying you should go see your family doctor". He uses the words "I DO NOT CARE"

Nice reception staff, terrible doctor.Went in for a prescription renewal and a lab requisition, as I don’t have a family doctor. Dr. Sundeep Verma was sarcastic, full of himself and didn’t listen one bit. Told me to find a family doctor because walk in clinics are not for this and I “should know that”Extremely patronizing, he wrote me down instructions on how to google a family doctor, see picture. Wow, just wow.I wish there was a way to remove these elements from the healthcare system and divert the resources towards hiring more competent and compassionate practicians.

Front staff was great. Getting in to see the doctor was fast. Dr. Wang was straight I'm blunt and right to the point which I like. That's why he's my family doctor he's very good at what he does.
