They sent the wrong part for my plumber to install. When I called to make sure they sent the right part the second time and to see who would have to pay the plumber's tab, I was told that Trans-Atlantic would take care of it" but that my plumber was charging me too much. I called after the correct part was installed and was then told that "for a thousand reasons [Trans-Atlantic] doesn't pay for plumbers when there is a shipping error" and that "costs can run up really quickly". I was told it was between my plumber and the wholesaler. I told him I ordered the part not my plumber but he interrupted me to say it wasn't their responsibility even though they were the ones who shipped the wrong part."

I contacted old fashioned faucets via email because I couldn't find a part for my claw foot tub system. Kevin helped me via email and was able to find the right part (discontinued now) and mailed it to me. Very timely and professional detail-oriented customer service. Even though it was a small part they took care of all the pieces and mailed it to me! Thanks Kevin.
