Having my headshots taken by Calvin was definitely one of my favourite experiences with a photographer. He is very professional and creates a welcoming and calming environment. He is efficient in quality and time managment. If you're nervous about getting your photos taken, he frequently checks in on how you're feeling and involves you in the creative process. He guides you through it and ensures that you will get the best possible photo versions of yourself. I absolutely recommend Calvin!

This was my first photoshoot which was for real estate and the experience was awesome! Like many others I am also really camera shy but Calvin made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and he even hyped me up too. I really liked that I could see the photos as they were being taken and the versatility of the shots. Calvin always responded promptly to my emails and texts, and he was also very quick to send the proofs and final edits. The photos are top tier and the editing/retouching is so minimal and not overly done. I highly recommend Calvin and will absolutely rebook in the future

His studio is beautiful and welcoming. He talks to you and understands what works best for you.I'm not used to get my picture taken, so Thank You Calvin! Calvin was so great to work with! The studio space has a great ambience and the vibe of the shoot was low pressure, which is great because I have been in shoots where it has been too intense to do your best work. He gave great direction and really hyped things up when we were in a groove. It made working with him feel less like work and more like fun. I recommend him 10/10, especially for POC. Finding a photographer who knows how to light our skin with ease is rarer than most know. It’s great to have Calvin right in our backyard here in Toronto.

My portrait session with Calvin relaxing, fun, collaborative, and even healing. I’ve never associated such feelings with having my photo taken before. Calvin has a wonderful ease about him that made the experience enjoyable. His personable demeanour compliments the technical precision and experienced directions he brings to the session. I hired Calvin to do some professional headshots for me which I have since used on my LinkedIn profile and for various presentations. I don't love the camera however, Calvin and Misty (the hired make up artist and hair styler) both made me feel at home and comfortable in the setting. I was really happy with the results. I would highly recommend both.
