Angel-Marie, Dawn, and Danielle are absolute lightning fast rockstars of the property management industry. They truly do care about the needs of their clients, and it shows ten fold in their responsiveness, attention to detail, and passion to ensure satisfaction. It's extremely hard to find quality property management now a days, but the group at Onyx is breaking down that stigma. Thanks for your help Ladies, and keep up the great work!

This is one of the worse companies I have ever come across. They are so disorganized, don’t sent out statements, but, do send out 2nd Reminders to pay your bill when Reminder 1 was never sent. And during this whole debacle, I had paid my bill and they had not accepted the payment. This happens month after month. Totally ridiculous!

I am a first time renter and everything is so new to me in terms of setting up my utility accounts. The Onyx Energy Account Manager was very helpful and informative with all my questions. Setting up my account was super easy as you can do it from anywhere including your phone.

Worst company ever! Haven’t received a bill since summer. Can’t get anyone to answer a phone or reply to email. Their licence has been suspended ? This company is a hot mess.

I am still awaiting our $100 security deposit to be returned after several inquiries. Our condo corporation has switched sub-metering companies so there is no longer a need for Onyx Energy to hold our deposits. There is something seriously wrong with their billing practices and management.
