We ordered two Cesar salads off of Door Dash, my wife started to eat hers and found a bug about the size of a dollar. She’s now been puking for a half hour. The store offered nothing but to ensure door dash credits me back my money. Which also does not include the money paid to the dasher to deliver my food. So essentially we paid $10 for someone to bring a disgusting salad and have my wife puke for 30 minutes. The restaurant didn’t seem concerned at all about going above and beyond because of this experience. We will be crossing earls off of our list of places to order from.

We had lunch at Earls after 2 years it was a try to see how the kitchen had changed. The menu was exciting and a good variety to chose from. Freshness of ingredients where given and flavor was a bit debatable. It was very filling for everyone. I just would like to see a change in the vegan option. The crispy tofu was a good choice but the flavor in the breading" would be nice also changing the mushrooms to enoki mushroom be giving the rice an extra flavour. The dressing to the salad on the same Platte. Is not a good idea as the vinegar dressing gets in contact with the rice and gives it a sour taste. Either change the dressing to a peanut chilli dressing

I have to start by mentioning how great the service was. Hostess and server were exceptionally friendly and attentive. My drink, a Negroni, was well mixed and could have been served in a high end bar setting. My starter, the spicy tuna sushi tacos where amazing. Main dish, the Mother Earth bowl with tofu was good. Salad greens fresh and crisp and the tofu was prepared just right. All in all a good dining out experience. If I have to find one thing to criticize it would have to be the restaurant’s Interior feel. I’m sure at night it’s good but late afternoon it feels a bit dark and the frosted windows create an odd atmosphere.

Had dinner at Earls the other night. The hostess was lovely, and it looks like the kitchen staff are hard at work. Our service was kind, but pretty slow (she was busy - just took a long time to get our order in). Had the Truffle pasta and steak. Steak was good and pasta was fine. Cheesecake for dessert was a letdown. Everything about the experience was fine. Nothing really extraordinary. The company we were with was the highlight of our evening out, not the food. Pricing a little high for some of the items on the menu.

Leonie was exemplary as my server, and everything was absolutely fantastic!! 14 Oz ribeye, with added prawns and sautéed mushrooms...finished off with the vanilla cheesecake. Mmmmm!!!

AWESOME PLACEFood was delightful, service was GREAT! ( I do forget the name of the server ) - She did her job well, however compliments to the kitchen. THE FOOD WAS THE 5 star.

I've been to other Earls locations but this was my first at the Chilliwack one!We were seated promptly and had great service off the bat.The server was very friendly and polite. We got amazing cocktails, they were so yummy and fresh, the server even mentioned they had a bar tender in training and wanted to make sure the drinks were up to par and they were AMAZING!The menu was updated since last time I was at earls, we each got new bowls we hadn't tried before, as well as a sushi taco, just to try! The sushi taco was so good, I wish I got that for my meal, next time I'll definitely get more!Overall great experience and food, we will definitely be back for date night ☺️

Food was ok but not for the price and the seats were dirty when we arrived. The food was high priced. It’s 22$ for a burger and it’s not any better than any other place. Could be more seasoned or something special that would make it worth it. Would be better if it came with a small side salad maybe. The server was nice and polite but took quite a bit of time to ask if we needed refills and the pop glasses were too small even though they were bottomless. All said and done it was 56$ for 2 burgers and fries. Not really a good deal at all. That didn’t include tip either. I probably won’t go back unless I got a gift card again. I like a good burger and that can be found elsewhere for slightly cheaper.
