Tammy and Brian are excellent hosts and will go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. I went with my family for my mom's birthday and Tammy went out of her way and got us a cake. Brian showed my dad all of the good fishing spots and he caught a couple jacks the first time he went out. The rooms had everything we needed and were clean. The lakefront deck was amazing to wake up to. Kayaking and boat rides on the lake were only a few of the many activities we participated in. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful place, very nice hosts! Fair cost given how many amenities are included. As for the fishing, I have never caught so much and big before!

Rooms were nice but staff/ owners were unorganized with guiding services. Our group was supposed to stay for a week and ended up leaving after 4 days.

Tammy and Brian were such nice hosts and gave us anything we needed. Rooms were very nice and waking up the the balcony view was my favorite part of staying here. Beautiful lake and amazing fishing here I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in cranberry portage

Brian and Tammy made our vacay absolutely great. Whatever you're looking for - trophy fishing, great scenery, some hidden gems of the North - they will tailor your time and route accordingly and guide you exactly to what you're seeking for. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, the view from the deck is spectacular, the guidance to the best fishing spots and scenery around is priceless. Will recommend to all my friends

Great place to get out fishing. Owners Brian and Tammy are great people who will make sure you feel at home. Will come back again!

Great place to stay with family. The owners are nice and make you feel like you're home. You can rent a boat or canoe as well as any fishing gear.The rooms are clean and good equipped. You'll have a fridge, stove, microwave and toaster in you room.

Beautiful spot on lake.

I have never witnessed a more ill prepared fishing guide service in my life. Communication between the owner and staff is embarrassing at best. The guide was getting high on his own while we were fishing and failed to show up to guide us the next morning. Paid for boat and charter for every day, but beware, the owner claims that does not actually cover a boat rental and the most he could muster up for three of us was a 12 foot aluminum with a trolling motor on the back that died after 5 minutes. If you’re just looking for a place to rest your head with your own gear then the place will do, but I pity the person who wastes a dime on this “guiding” service.
