The company remodeled my two bathrooms, put hardwood floor in all house and repaint everything. They did such a great job. My house looks fabulous now. Their employees are always on time , professional and work hard to get the job done in timely manner. Always willing to answer my questions or make a recommendation. I highly recommended them . Victor was great. Helped me remove and repair a moldy spot in the drywall. Tested the area multiple times before, during and after to ensure he had removed all of the mold. Worked quickly and kept me informed of any progress and or mold test results. I would highly recommend Victor and I hope I won’t need his services again but if I do, I know I will be in good hands again.

Victor is the best. So responsible and on top of things throughout the process. They worked extremely hard and made sure everything was done correctly. It was a tough time to have a flood in our finished basement it working with Victor and his team definitely made it easier. We used the company for a full gut and renovation of our master bathroom along with master closet and a linen closet. They where extremely responsive and professional. They where able to remove the mold that was under our shower and replace the rotten wood. We had an idea of what we wanted the remodel to look like and they where able to deliver it on time and on budget.

To date, Victor at Reliable Construction removed and remediated mold issues in 3 of my listings. In one instance the private inspection found issues in the attic because of improperly vented bathroom fan. Victor and crew made quick work of the issue and provided personal time to explain the results to the buyer and seller. well done.

I bought a home a few months back and my inspector told me I could have possible mold. So I called victor at reliable construction. I’m so glad that I called because he ended up finding mold in other spots that the inspector missed. I have two young children and I’m glad that they won’t be exposed to any of it. I would highly recommend this company for any of your mold needs!

Could not be happier with the personal service I received from Reliable construction. I was so distraught when I came home from Florida to find out my whole basement was flooded and mold was climbing up the walls. I received 2 estimates of over 15,000 to complete. My brother told me do not do anything till I call Reliable. The gentleman came out and saved me 5,000 dollars. Will never use anyone else as they did a great job and finished the job earlier than expected. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend

From the first call we contacted Victor about the issue at hand until the job was complete we didn't have to worry about anything. Victor is very professional. At first glance he knew exactly what needed to be done to make repairs. He helped us to deal with insurance company making sure all repairs needed to be done were included on the estimate list. The job was complete on schedule. We were very happy with it.
