Weed Man Lawn Care

Worst service ever.. I called on to complaint about that my yard was not covered and they did my neigbours yard by mistake but no appology offered. Rather the the customer service rep wanted the payment. I prefer to use a different company then weed man. No doubt they were very good duri g first year but last two years its worst. My lawn have lots of weed in month of august when people actually like to enjoy the yard. They did 4 applications so far but still have weed customer service rep told me after september it will be alright but what i will do with my yard when it be snow or cold outside and they do not have answer. Attach are the pictures for proof.

Not sure why there are 2 negative reviews with 1 having no explanation, I decided to try out the Weedman this year because every year my neighbourhood gets plauged with weeds, as I live on a corner property I am also responsible for the boulevard lawn. Tony who is the tech that comes out everytime always messaged me a day ahead to say that he would be coming to do a service, I didnt have to pay anything up front and nor were there any additional costs with what I had already been quoted. Not only did I have almost no weeds after the first treatment but Tony also fertilized and weed treated my rock area in between my neighbours property as well as the boulevard, I got lots of compliments on my lawn this year and I plan to continue using the services they provide.

Be careful and keep all your payment statements because they threatened me to send my invoice to collection company when I could not find my proof of previous payment. When I finally got the bank statement, they said that they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. They just try to scam people in case someone could not find their proof and would have to pay again. Very bad experience.

We signed up for the weed control service this year after a referral from a friend. So far I haven’t been impressed. They came out last month and did the fertilizer/seed application. It's June 9 now and they haven’t been back to spray the weeds. I have called a couple of times and have been told that they want the weeds to grow, this way they can get them all when they spray and that they will be out in early June to do the first weed spray. I called again today to let them know that I wasn’t happy with the weeds and was told that they should be here in a few days, but they couldn’t tell me which day. If they aren’t here by Monday, June 12, I will be canceling the service and going with a competitor or just managing weed maintenance myself.

I called a few lawn care specialists Weed Man being one of them.Looking through their offered packages, I decided not to use them.They Email me several times asking for me to try them. I unsubscribed from the email list. Shortly after I received a call from a lady asking who I when with, I mentioned the company, and she right away told me that the company I selected to go with used inferior products.....**Updated**Even is... you say your products are superior to others, but it still says what kind of business you are running by trashing your competitorsAs stated before........ Very unprofessional!!

This is our second year with Weedman. And our lawn is looking fantastic. Our property is right next to a school yard (aka dandelion field) but we no longer have a single dandy lion on our lawn. Our technician, Jeremy, is fantastic. Very professional. I love the advanced communication (texts) that I get prior to treatments being applied. I’m happy to recommend and refer my family and friends. Money well spent.

Neil (Our Technician) is great! They recently completed a service at our property with fertilizer & I would recommend Weed Man. It's great. Their customer service (Office) is really great in Edmonton, AB too. Just look at our yard! I'm very happy! We have dogs and Weed Man come early in the morning so, that we can let the dogs out at lunch. They are just so great. Very Reliable and Wonderful experience. Glowing 5* review for this team of professionals.

Went to my neighbour’s yard and complained that I had too much junks in the yard. You might be scammed if you are not carefully keeping track of all your payments. Be mindful to cancel the service next year if you do not want their services again because they would just come and provide services without your permission. Then You would get billed later.

Long term customer (20 years) who WeedMan elected to withdraw service from following WeedMan changing my contract WITHOUT MY CONSENT in 2022 [at phone demand of bullying neighbour ] and did not inform me. When I determined full service was not being applied in early 2023, WeedMan withdrew service. I will never refer to or use this service again. Their abhorrent business behaviour was reported to Better Business Bureau and the police.

Weed Man left fertilizer (blue and white granular pieces) all over my driveway, which is over 10 feet wide, on part of my lawn, under my tree, against my foundation and on the sidewalk while servicing my neighbour's lawn. Neighbour apologized for the mess. Sweeping up the fertilizer took over an hour. Based on Google reviews dating back as far as two years ago, others have voiced concern about this as well and nothing seems to have changed. Spreaders come with edge guards and dials to control broadcasting, so why Weed Man technicians continue to waste product and annoy customers and their neighbours by fertilizing driveways, houses and sidewalks is beyond me. Not pleased.
