Wonderful , very professional, my nails last such a long time they are perfect!!

Young is AMAZING! I showed her a picture and she did EXACTLY what I wanted , she is also very quick and efficient! This was my first visit but I’m never going anywhere else. Young is kind, easy going and super talented! The whole staff went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer. They are the best in Georgetown in my experience!

Came here for a refill and was so disappointed. She rushed, didn't listen and didn't care that the shape of my nails were all uneven and ugly. I asked her to fix them and she gave me a dirty look and filed it once and was good?!" No

Staff was nice enough, didn’t ask what I wanted when I initially walked in there and didn’t even ask the colour I would like. I explained that I wanted a gel overlay with pink French tips on my natural nails. Nails ended up being white somehow. She told me my nails were too short. I understand French tips are not always necessarily perfect on short nails but my nails were not short and after they were filed numerous times they were even shorter. I got tired of correcting the work and the tech was very aggressive with tools so I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I unfortunately paid $67 for this and had to go to a nail salon I trust and pay another $40 to fix it…

Nails were nice, but the staff was terrible. They kept speaking in home language and I could tell they were talking about me and other customers, so I used an audio translation app to confirm and it was pretty terrible. They mentioned a customers ugly feet, they spoke about the overweight customer, they made other racist comments...not a nice, welcoming environment...won't be coming back.

Mar 2023: Came back for a Biogel refill for $45. Amazing work by Linh as usual. This time I picked pink biothermal polish (changes color based on temperature).-------------------Jan 2023: Skilled and quick work. Not 100% perfect but the outcome is still neat and classy for a reasonable price. The full set for the Bio Gel manicure is $60. It includes the nail extensions and shellac polish.

Mia did my manicure and pedicure. She was amazing! I love the design she did for my nails. Kelly cut my hair and did colour and highlights and it was exactly what I wanted. We will be back! Thank you for the friendly and professional service! :)

My daughter & I did a walk in appointment. They took us right away. Felt like royalty. Sat in a massage chair while having our feet pampered. Lots of colours to choose from. After our pedicure had a manicure same royal treatment. Mia & Lynn are wonderful! Will be back to treat ourselves again.

Lynn did a great job with my nails, it was quick getting a spot and out within the time I hoped for. I also observed one employee tending to a moms baby while she was getting her nails done which isn’t at all expected. Very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome.
