Recently purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from them (found the listing on Facebook). Process was quick and painless. No pushy selling tactics, the price was firm but fair. Only thing they asked for was a positive review if I had a good experience (which I did! So here it is).There is a document fee (this was on the listing), and the car was really clean, they provided all the info about the car because it was in an accident, they had pictures of the damage so I could see what it looked like before it was refurbished and were very open about everything. Let me and my mom drive it around on our own to test it out, very casual.They were also accommodating with my request to get some winter tires added to the deal for a bit more money, which we dealt with a few weeks later and they provided me with a few options (via email) which was nice. They have a garage too and the workers there either just kept to themselves or were friendly and said hi.Their communication was decent, emails took a bit longer to get a response but they were great over the phone so I suggest just calling them with any questions.Even though their dealership/garage is a bit far away for me I do intend to go to them if I need any services in the future.(***They also have a dog on site who is quiet but friendly and slowly walks up to you for a quick chin scratch then goes about their business, which was a cute surprise).

Great and friendly staff (Jas & Karan), guided me to get my very first car in Canada (Mazda CX3) with great service, car is in great condition, I have used it few weeks before put this comment,l. They provided me with all the relevant details like photos, documents asap, did some minor adjustments as I requested, Thank You, happy to be RDS Auto customer. Great after services too...☺️

The team at RDS were incredibly friendly and helpful. My partner and I purchased a used car from here, they gave a great price with several generous benefits, and all conversation was open and informative which was a nice change from other places we'd visited. They were very also accommodating. We had to juggle some issues with ICBC and they were very patient and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car or needing a service.

Bought an imported Mitsubishi from RDS. Karan was knowledgable about the vehicle and reported being able to source parts as needed. Straightforward buying process that went smooth even after business hours on a Sunday. Had some follow up questions the day after and staff were quick to return my call and provide assistance.
