Brad Goodsell, BGDB, did an extensive renovation of our 120 year old house near Dalhousie University in 2016-17. This was a top to bottom renovation that fully modernized the home while retaining its old fashioned charm. Brad is a talented designer and employs a highly skilled crew of carpenters. He also employs sub-contractors that are reputable. The site was well managed (we moved out during the renovation)and we found everyone to be pleasant and cooperative during regular visits.Our renovation, like most, had surprises that involved cost overruns. Brad treated us fairly and attempterd to minimize extra costs. It is a testament to his character and the quality of his company that more than a year after completion he has returned a time or two to correct small deficiencies. I highly recommend Brad for projects small and large. He has permission to use us for reference and I am willing to talk to his potential customers or to show them our home at his request.Russ McLean
