I keep returning because of the staff. Everone at the barrie location is very freindly, helpful, and knows there material. i never have had a single isue or complaint about them.

Right from the first contact with sales staff to the delivery of the materials the staff is exceptional. Being a smaller order I was very impressed that my every need was taken care of swiftly and easily. The staff was very knowledgeable with their products and availability. I cannot recommend them enough.

I called the Barrie location with approximately 15 minutes until closing for prices on a couple of pieces to give myself an idea on the cost of my project and not for comparison shopping. I was asked if I could send an email to them. I said it was only a couple of pieces. I was then told that well there's only 15 minutes left til closing ". I said thanks and I will call again tomorrow cause you're busy. WOW!!! Talk about A1 customer service. Sarcasm. They were more concerned about finishing the day than taking 5 minutes to help a customer out. I'm sure you're not to worried about my tiny couple hundred bucks but you lost me completely as a customer."

Helpful staff got me exactly what I needed for my customer. And they did it faster than expected. Go here for any metal needs.

I have been dealing these guys for about 8 years and have always been treated extremely well. Great group of people who know their stuff and are very helpful and insightful if asked, they always help me out with whatever project I am working on. Product selection is great and if they don’t have it in stock, which is rare, they will get it ASAP.
