John is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He has a large selection of foot wear, as well as a vast knowledge of the products. He doesn't try to force a sale, but genuinely cares about the customer getting the perfect product for their needs. 10/10 one of the best stores in Uxbridge

It is not just the customer service that is great. But John’s ability and knowledge in assessing the best footwear needed for your feet and gait. I have sent all my fitness customers to John for years! No one has ever left without a pair of shoes and a new appreciation for what a good quality and properly fitted shoe feels like.

What a wonderful experience in this shop! My son has larger feet & often we can’t find shoes for him. Not only did we end up with a comfy, proper pair of shoes - but they watched his gait to see how he walked, to help in choosing a pair of shoes. We won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you for making my son feel comfortable in your store.

I cannot overstate what a delightful experience it is to be served by John at Uxbridge Shoes: 1.) He know shoes; 2.) He knows feet; 3.) He carries only the best brands; 4.) He treats all customers with respect acknowledging new arrivals and getting them started but ensuring customers already being served are not ignored; 5.) His prices are fair; 6.) He is just a wonderful, warm human being.We have to drive for 45 minutes to get to John's store in Uxbridge. It is a small price to pay for his service!

Uxbridge Shoes and Repair (new location)
Absolutely amazing experience tonight! We got to Durham Forest for a family mountain bike ride only to find out that our 9 yr old had forgotten shoes! I called the store 10min before the posted closing time and they stayed open for us to run up, had shoes ready for us to try on curbside, and had us back on the trails in no time! What was a potential disaster ended up a great experience - if I lived in Uxbridge this would be my go to store! Actually .. I might start making the trip because the experience was so great!

I have bought my shoes and boots from this store, since I moved back in the area! For years! Not only is the store owner gives excellent customer service, he is a caring and thoughtful human being.DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! your feet need him!
