Brought my car in for some much needed repairs and was quite impressed with the service I got. The friendly staff at the Dillworth location did a quick and thorough inspection and got my car back in great condition. Highly recommended for auto work in Kelowna.

Easy online booking. Arrived early and got in right away. Repaired my tire and were able to replace all 3 wiper blades in 40 min. Definitely will use again.

After having had a terrible experience with Kal Tire on Dilworth, the techs at OK Tire were able to properly diagnose the issue and save me money. They even found that Kal Tire had not installed a new part but left the old part in my car. When I walked into OK Tire I immediately felt like they would take good care of me and they did! I will recommend them to everyone.

I cant express my gratitude for the staff at OK tire enough. The same day I was supposed to take off camping, I noticed one of my tires looked almost completely flat. When I called OK tire in an panic, Alex the general manager was able to get me in for a same day appointment to get my flat tire fixed after running over a nail (yikes!). The mechanics had my car in and out within half an hour, and I was able to take off on my camping trip the same day, talk about fast and effective service! I am so incredibly thankful for the staff at OK tire. Don’t go anywhere else for your tire needs!

These guys are the best. The shop is clean and spacious.Every single person who works there is attentive and friendly, I was acknowledged while waiting for the person ahead of me to finish up.Everything was clearly explained, the time frame, the estimate and I was out of there at the time promised.Definitely recommend this shop for vehicle service!

Needed my AT tires rebalanced and they insisted it could be done properly even though they don’t do roadforce balancing... ended up taking it in twice and it’s still not balanced.I’ll give it two stars because the people who worked there were nice and didn’t charge me the second time.

Booked an appointment with them, I had to wait two weeks for the next available appointment, which was fine. But in that two weeks they close from a covid exposure and I didn't find out until I went to drop my truck off the day of. Would have been nice to get a call letting me know and rescheduling.
