I have been extremely impressed with Robert’s tech services with my Mac over the years. On several occasions, I thought all hope was lost and Robert helped me solve my computer issue. Whether you need help opening files, dealing with glitches, or your think your laptop has no hope - Robert is solution-orientated and provides a timely service. He is pleasant, trustworthy, and easy to work with. For these reasons, he has been the only person I go to for tech support in the past 5 years. Thank you, Robert! I know a guy!!

I truly wish I could give this business ten stars out of five. Robert was amazing in helping me out with my computer issues. I found him through people who had suggested he was the best person to fix my computer issues. I wasn't even planning to mentioning the fact that I was trying to upgrade my RAM and even though it was through my own stupidity that I overlooked the obvious, he was there to provide guidance. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. It was quick, it was efficient and it was just so wonderful to meet someone who knew things and was patient enough to help me out. Thanks for everything! I highly recommended I know a GUY IT for your computer and other device needs. Absolute best service and now definitely my go-to for any other repairs.

Excellent service! Had a water damaged laptop and he was able to fix it within one business day. Gave a detailed report as to what he fixed and his price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Robert was amazing. I called him unsure if he could fix my bricked ps4pro. He very kindly explained the process and the possibility it may not be repairable. I dropped it off and within an short time he was able to diagnose, update me, and complete the repair. He is very reasonably priced. I would recommend you call him for any of you electronic repair requirements.

Not happy with the service I received. Brought tablet in for one problem which was repaired but received it back with a problem it did not have when I took it in.Update: response to owner review: i can provide proof that I sent a text to him at 3:10 the same day I picked up the tablet telling him what the problem was. Also when I asked him if he could fix the tablet before Monday he agreed so if he had a probably with this he could have said no. So why he is making it an issue now is very confusing. Then he tells me I cannot review his business on Facebook.

I called this afternoon to discuss the best course of action to deal with a cracked phone screen on my S9. The thorough and helpful discussion from this business was not only above and beyond what I would expect from a business such as this, but answered everyone question I had, and every question I did not even know to ask. I will definitely call again in the future for other tech/IT concerns.
