I would've give no star to this rude new owners if I could. I do my hair at the salon & due to the Covid 19, I thought to go to beauty supply and ask for my hair color. the lady was telling me how to mix the two color equally & I will get the same color that I want, by doing so my hair become brownish orange....When I approached the guy and told him what had happen (as he doesn't even knows anything about the colors) and told him that I asked the lady whom works here & seemed to know something to give me the right color and I did it by her recommendation as I though she knows better than I do, he rudely replied we are doing it as a favor next time we don't do any favor for you!!!! If this guy is new to this country he should learn how to deal with customer and act more professional not a bully. I told him that I would not give my business to you and make sure that this goes public and people knows about it and don't need your unprofessional favor.

There is a reason some local businesses are not doing well, such as this one. Owner has no respect/patience for customer, gets really rude of customer when they don’t buy what they say.I went in today to look for a scissor. The lady recommended me one, that was perfect fine.I was considering whether or not to get a electric mans hair cutter and she had show me and opened the box, which is very helpful. After I called my bf and he said he probably won’t use it. So I told her I won’t go with it.I feel bad making her open the box so I proceed to try to find more things to buy. In the mean time she was helping other customers.I decided to go with the scissor and a rock thingy for dead skin, so I approached the cash register to cash out.At this point she was probably really annoyed by my shopping behaviour, Probably hoping I could just leave. So she said “ can you move on so I can see proceed with my business operations?”Apparently I am not part of “business” because I only spent 30 something, and due to this reason she felt she could ban me from the store.I wish I said something back and not just said okay.So here is my rant on the internet.

Great customer Service. I went in with lots of questions and all were answered. I left there with hair Color and new shampoo and conditioner! My hair feels great! Thank you employee’s/owner at the beauty supply store! I will be back soon

I went in today to purchase a curling iron, and the gentleman that was working there is so helpful and friendly! Very nice location, and extremely tidy and clean inside

Anytime I have been to this store and/or called with questions, whoever I have spoken to have been extremely helpful. I feel I am dealing with genuine people who are kind and really want to help!

There are friendly helpful people that work here, who care about the customers and want to provide the best products and service possible. I would highly recommend this supply store, as their prices are reasonable and the products offered are of good quality.

The nicest owner ever! I was dealt with such respect and he gave me such great tips. 10/10. I will be back and I live downtown but worth the drive! Great prices too… can’t beat it especially if you appreciate good products.
