Kal Tire

Tyler and co were very helpful. We were headed on a trans-prairie drive for the holidays and got a flat 50km out from town. Called ahead and got there just before closing. Despite the time and being quite busy, they were able to get a new tire on. We were back on the road about a half hour after arriving. Excellent service!

They provided me with remarkably quick, friendly service. I was very impressed! Since I got my tires installed by them, they didn't charge me for a flat repair, which was a nice surprise. Overall, their service and style was exemplary. I will absolutely continue going back to them for all my automotive needs.

I dropped in with a slow leak in an rv tire. This shop fixed it promptly and happily and rotated the tires when I asked. I went back with an appointment 2 weeks later to rotate and balance the truck tires. Same efficient service with smiles and all reasonably priced.

The staff here are super knowledgeable and willing to explain any issues you may have. I have been to many other mechanics throughout the years and always felt like other mechanics will just tell you wants wrong. At this shop they have no problem actually showing what is wrong and how it can further affect your vehicle. I feel confident that they have the customers best in mind rather then being out for your money.

Had my suv in and out so I wasn’t late for work. Superior service. Streamlined the process for me. Definitely would recommend for tires.

asked for a simple tire change and they broke a bolt while doing that, blaming it on car parts being too old. Have had multiple tire changes and got alignment done at a different mechanic's just about a month ago and never had such an issue. And they were quoting ridiculous price for fixing what they broke, charged me full price for tire swap, acting like they are doing such a huge favor for me. Now I won't be able to drive out of the city until I get this new problem fixed and pay for whatever it will cost. Zero professionalism.

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated. They have 33,000 kms on them. Preventive maintenance is a good idea. Well it turns out the Kal Tire people don’t think I’m smart enough to make that decision. The service person wiped them with tire shine and called it a job done. They were not rotated. I’d like to hear horror stories other people have about the Medicine Hat Kal Tire shop.

The service was excellent!They took the time to educate me about winter tires. I am very curious about the options and were patient with all my questions. They were extremely knowledgeable, clear and easy to understand so I could make the best decision for myself.They quoted an all in price...not extra surprises at payment time. The price was the price. Eventhough my breaks needed a little attention while the tires were off the car and they did not see it at quote time. They saw it and did without an extra charge for a little more work involved in the change over to the new tires to keep me safe on the road.I didn't understand that winter tires can look good on the outside and have tread but be poor on the inside.I came in to repair a leaky tire to find out that the tires were old and starting to split on the inside due to the age of the tire. They took the time to actually show me what was really happening before the proceeded to repair the leaky tire. I could have repaired it but chose not to....Repair was not an option for me just before a long distance drive home.Fabulous experience. Thank you!
