Went there for a problem with my control board from appliances. Already did my diagnostic. The young man at the counter was great, and agreeable, gave me accurate information. Prices was high to me for labor. Little delay too. Ended up buying another appliances instead.

Nice and friendly people working there. Brought in a samsung tv. They called me the same day with the problem and in 2 days they had it repaired and working like new.

Recently had a repair of an LG range- oven and stove suddenly not working. I was so impressed with King who was able to order in the correct parts from our telephone conversation and then diagnosed and fixed a couple of problems (travelling an hour out of the city). It was so nice to work with someone so knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect before leaving our home. Thank you!

Called Pro Television after frustrating sessions with LG Customer Service. King was able to come out of town and fix the glass in our stove the same day. He is very courteous and knowledgeable of appliances. Further, his work is quick and professional. I wish I had of started this warranty repair adventure with Pro Television instead of LG. I would certainly recommend them for appliance repair work.

My dad got me a new lg monitor for Christmas and it needed to be dropped off for some warranty repairs. When I received it had a protective plastic the was taped to the screen under the the plastic case of the monitor and it was very difficult to remove. Infact, one of the tabs couldn't be removed at all. When I turned it on the screen had a huge Crack in it presumably from when they put the cover on over the stickers. When my dad brought the monitor in he was told, it worked when I tested it." When my dad asked about the stickers and even asked if the repairman if he could pull the stuck one out he tried and failed and then still somehow tried to claim he didn't put the cover over the stickers. Now I have to deal with lg directly and I will refuse to go back to pro television."

Was one of only 2 options in the city to get our LG dishwasher repaired. Paid over $300 for our dishwasher to be repaired. Noticed after they re-mounted the appliance they had put a hole through the wood of our island. Contacted them to explain the damage that had been done and received a very rude response. Basically refuses to take responsibility and essentially called us liars, saying that we must have done the damage ourselves years ago when we initially had it installed. Unacceptable customer service and left with damage to my island that cannot be easily fixed. Do not recommend.

They've repaired my tv and dryer. Very reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They're very fair and won't overcharge you, unlike some! Standard of work and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Pro Television and will always use them myself.

Polite and friendly staff. Satisfied with my experience. Staff were able to help me out with a few questions over the phone. Would recommend.
