Marty and team are very professional and pleasant to deal with. My vehicle took a bit longer than usual but the team always provided me timely updates and kept me in the loop. When i got my car back, the work done was great!

I brought my car in after a collision, based on my insurers suggestion. I was extremely impressed by the service and care I received by the staff at Assured Automotive.They let me know up front that there could be delays with parts, and kept me in the loop with what was going on with the repairs. The lines of communication with Assured were fantastic.The car looks better than it has in years!

Posting so the word gets out. My mom brought her car here to be fixed. After a week with no word she called and was told they were backed up and would get to it right away. A few hours later my mom was called and told the car was STOLEN sometime over the weekend and they didn't know until then (after my mom had called asking about the car). So no security system in place or they just don't care when someone breaks into their office. Would not trust this place with my lunch.

I strongly advise against dealing with Assured Automotive due to my extremely negative experience. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, but when I received it back, the bumper was severely damaged. Despite clear photo evidence, the company refused to take responsibility. I have escalated the case to corporate management, but the lack of accountability and unsatisfactory customer service has been frustrating. I urge the public to avoid this company and seek services elsewhere.

Marty and the team were very professional courteous and served up a great job on my van. The body repair and paint job was great. Looks brand new and communication throughout was appropriate they clearly have experience and provide a quality service.

After waiting for parts for my newly purchased vehicle involved in deer crash, Assured Auto covered my extra time in a rental car and treated me with the utmost respect. Friendly staff, great location and service. Nice job on the Malibu!

My insurance company recommended this place. Friendly service, but I was consistently lied to on how long my assessment would take. I was told by the agent it would be done within 48 hours. After hearing nothing for a week. I called and was told it would be done by the end of the week. This went on for a month. I took my vehicle to a different company and it was done in 24 hours. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Absolutely pleased with Assured. Matt was very professional and informed me of what exactly would be done to my vehicle and how long it would take. Kept me informed while my vehicle was in getting repaired.I can't say enough about Heather their adm assistant. Very professional, pleasant and knows her job. The morning I took my car in I witnessed how prepared she was for me and another lady who arrived at the same time. Excellent multi-tasker, Heather did both of us at the same time. They had made all the arrangements for my rental car as well which was a bigger time saver.Most of all I am very pleased with the repair they did on my vehicle. You cannot even tell that my car was in a fender bender.Definitely recommend this company!!!! Glad my insurance company deals with Assured!!!!!!
