The UPS Store

My first experience with UPS delivering to my door, and its delayed. For a completely false reason. You don't get what you pay for at all when it comes to shipping with UPS. The customer service is not helpful at all either. Will not use UPS ever again unless I have no choice.

Ordered a wooden bar stool from Amazon for delivery to my address. Amazon sent it via UPS and instead of delivering it, left a note dated yesterday May 6 on my apartment door that I have to pick it up. I was in my apartment the whole day yesterday and I did not hear anybody knock or call my cell phone which I provided.When I went to their office this morning, they were still closed and I had to wait a while. Finally, a woman comes in and says it is not their fault that it was not delivered but that of the UPS people at Annacis Hwy. Anyway, the package was there and she lets me sign the receipt and I pick it up and carry it all the way to my apartment as I do not have a car, the reason I wanted it delivered. Tonight, I check online and see that the package was indicated as delivered" instead of picked up. There is something fishy going on on deliveries at UPS

I've worked with 3 different UPS stores in 5 years. This location has the best service. They notify you when new packages arrive, so I don't need to visit the store frequently. All questions are answered in detail. If I didn't move, I would definitely continue to work with this branch.

Have been doing business with this UPS store for many years - gone through more than one new owner. One of the first things I noticed was the professional and friendly service of the owners. I would not hesitate to recommend this UPS store to anyone who is looking for shipping, packing or printing services. Professionalism always with a smile.

So happy that I dropped into the UPS store here in Ladner-as I was running out of options to get packaging and shipping for my parcels. I regularly visit our Ladner UPS location to ship my artwork across Canada. They package my items very well and are courteous and efficient. I consider my local UPS team a vital business partner!

Worst service. My package was supposedly to be delivered on Friday 27/1/23 . Unfortunately and because of my fault I hadn’t written the number of my address . They called me early on that day from delta store and I provided the ups assistant with the missing information but she told me that my package couldnt be delivered as scheduled and postponed for this Monday 30/1 . I kindly asked her to deliver the package definitely on this date since I’m a European citizen and leaving Canada on Tuesday 31/1/23 . I called the delta department today and they didn’t even know where my package is and they used the excuse that the driver must have called me ? To conclude I spent almost 300 dollars for nothing.“Thanks” ups

Never use UPS. They have zero customer service at all. Good luck trying to speak with someone regarding your package that has been held for 5 days for no reason at all. My package was also shipping from Richmond to Burnaby and it took over two weeks to come. The company is trash.
