H&R Block

Horrible! Run Away !! I had the worse experience ever! They try to get as much money from you if you let them. The smart lady was trying to charge between 325$ and maybe over $500 dlls for my tax ... WHAT?! DO NOT USE them! Run away and tell everyone to avoid H &R block.

They called me to say they couldn't find my documents 6 weeks after I originally brought them In, takes for ever to get a phone call back, or an email

This H& R office totally lacks profesionalism...the agents don't proceed administrative tasks with extra ease..they are always over busy and not reliable to even though just to correct a minot error made in tax files.They can take like 1 week to reply to an email. so in proportionate to the expensive number of dollars your do pay for their service they don't provide the precision of care & flexibility in connection.

I would like to thanks personally the Agent who helped me, she was competitive maybe the best that I have had in all H&R Block that I have went to.I was so disappointed in H&R Block when I went to the one in verdun Wellington where they couldn’t even get my file and yet I am a customer for about 3years and they even delayed my tax return.But when she gave me the service she restored my trust and my loyalty to H&R block .I will always do my taxes to the same HR block on Berri Station.I wish everyone can offer same services as hers.Again thank you for your service

They forgot about my tax files and failed to file them according to the deadline. I've been trying to reach the manager for a follow-up for 3 weeks, however my emails are never answered and my phone calls always ignored. Horrible, completely unprofessional and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I wish I could give a lower rating. The receptionist picked up the call and wouldn't respond since she started talking one of her friends. Pathetic

This is the WORST place EVER!!!!!Trying to have my taxes filed at this place, was by far, the worst experience I have ever had filing my taxes before.They hardly spoke English, only one person understood when I was saying. it turns out, they also didn't know what they were doing. They told me I wasn't able to file my taxes due to missing information. I later found out I could have filed my taxes without this information. On top of which when I went back to get my tax papers until I was able to get all the information. they wouldn't give them to me until I paid them. Paid them for what? They weren't able to do anything for me.

The guy who did my taxes must have taken my phone number from my personal files, and texted my personal cell phone from his personal cell phone to.....thank me again and chat? Not only did this seem completely inappropriate and unprofessional in every way but he's also old enough to be my grandfather.Getting my taxes done here was expensive, I was only with this guy in the first place because they had lost my appointment with the woman who had started my taxes and so put me with him. Lo and behind I got a letter from the gov't telling me there was a problem with my taxes not being done correctly that I need to correct within the next few weeks. I've called H+R block 3 times during their business hours, but have each time had the answering machine, left a message, and have not received any calls back.
