Sarah is just amazing. Not only does she make you feel comfortable while you’re in a rather vulnerable position, she is absolutely hilarious! We laugh the whole time.I recommend sugaring to anyone who’s tried waxing. So much gentler on your skin.Just go for it. You won’t regret it!

Sucre is the first boutique I have been to where the time was taken to make sure all the hair was removed. Too many times I have left other places and there is a large amount of hair left in 'hidden' places. I highly recommend booking in with Sucre for all your hair removal needs! Especially the McKenzie town store, Mehgan is amazing!!

Caitie is the most lovely person i’ve ever met! she’s amazing at what she does and she provides so much comfort and fun to her appointments, and i go back to her time and time again! Courtney and Sarah have also helped me with my sugaring experiences and they are absolutely wonderful as well; they provide such friendly company and reassurance throughout the whole procedure! all the hunnies here are SOOO lovely and welcoming! it feels like i’m a friend every time i walk in! thank you!!

Awesome experience. It had been a while since I had done any waxing and they made me feel at ease. Very good service, comparable pricing to any other business but all the extras really made me feel pampered!Happy to return in future and recommend to others.

I have been to Sucre twice now and both experiences have been great! Prior to the first appointment I'd never had sugaring done before so I was a little nervous. Sarah was so friendly and easy to talk to - which is a great distraction from any discomfort you may have. It is easy to make an appointment at times that are convenient for me. I highly recommend Sucre - I will be back!

I've debated writing this review for a while but as time goes on its clearer to see how poor my first experience was. I booked a full brazillian with the owner Laurel with numbing cream as my first visit here and figured the owner should be the best tech there. It hurt much more than previous sugar waxing even with the cream which I later realized was because she was waxing everything horizontally which was snapping my hair below the skin instead of going up/down with the hair to remove the whole hair and follicle. When I left I saw there was still SO MUCH hair left over. I figured I would tweeze but when I got home I saw it was much worse than I had originally thought. and after paying $150 for a wax, it didn't feel fair to have to clean it up extensively at home. I called and the front desk team was very nice and rebooked me with another girl who was great. She had to completely redo 40% of the wax less than a week after the first one which was absolutely not fun. I unfortunately only got 2 days of feeling like i was waxed before growth returned on Laurels sections. While I watch the regrowth you can clearly see where the second woman sugared vs Laurel. Now I have to wait for everything to grow back fully before I can go to another shop to get a brazillian in because this looks absolutely ridiculous. The ladies did warn a sevond wax would cause the regrowth to be uneven but thats not even the case here, Its just clear that a portion was done incorrectly. $150 to have to go through being waxed twice just for 2 whole days of being relatively smooth before everything started growing back is so upsetting. Ive been sugared before and usually don't start seeing growth until 4 or 5 weeks later. I'm sure this is a great boutique and the second visit almost made me return but once burned twice shy. if you go i do not recommend Laurel.
