Curbside service was a fine experience, polite employees although I would prefer to go in and get what I need (everything else is open). My 3 star is due to the ridiculous fit of their pants. I bought my son (5'9 and thin) Medium pants, they're literally falling down and waaaay to long. Their sizing chart didn't show length hence I figured anything smaller would be too short. I don't like guessing when I'm paying a premium for slush pants and also the process of return is beyond annoying. Open your doors to the public please!

Brutal. Waited 40 minutes for curb-side service. One of the other parents in waiting cars finally went and banged on the back door. Excuse...our phone was off. As a business only offering curb-side service you would think a top priority would be a working phone. It is easy to deliver terrible service when we have no options but to purchase uniforms here. Unfortunately this is not my first bad customer experience and until my daughter graduates in 2 years it is not likely my last. On a positive note the young man who had the terrible task of giving us our orders was extremely apologetic.As well, please revise your hours of operation...they say your are open to 3:30am or 4:30am on some days...guessing you mean pm

Pants-zipper breaks after a while and the buttons fall off. Shirts are good quality. I thought rj mccarthy was bad but this company is worse.

Great durable school uniforms, the kids outgrow them before they wear out. The staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. It's easy to order online and pick up in store with a quick turnaround. They are not the cheapest price but you definitely get what you pay for with Bombardieri, the quality and service is where the real value is found.

If I could give zero stars I would. So many things to be disappointed about. 18 months into the pandemic and STILL will not allow anyone inside. Curbside turn around time is ridiculous! No one answers the phone. Hours of the store are NOT considerate to the fact that PEOPLE WORK. Absolutely ridiculous that this is the ONLY way I can get an uniform for my kids.

Terrible customer service from the owner Benny. They gave me the wrong size of 1 item, and expect me to eat the cost of it when it is too small and was their error. Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. They need to post signs in the store telling customers to double check that the employees provide the right sizes, and that it is incumbant on customers to check prior to leaving the premises.

I was shocked at the low quality of the clothing. Asked for a white polo top. Was given one with a black stain. Asked for a new one. They put it back on the shelf to give to the next customer and returned to give me one with a yellow stain on it. Finally, the third time I got one that was clean. My daughter had to try on 8 pairs of pants of the same size to find two that kind of fit. The sizing is not consistent. Even the colours of each pair of navy pants varied greatly. Overpriced and terrible quality.

Terrible experience today. Still not allowed in the store and I could not order online, my cart kept emptying. Spoke to the owner and he went on and on about being afraid of the variant and wasn't worth it to let 2 people in the store. I was also told it would take at least 5 days to receive an order placed online. I agree with the previous post, time to write to our school board, completely unacceptable that we can only purchase from one store that cannot even keep up with demand or offer an alternative when their system is not working. Completely rude and lacking customer service skills. McCarthy's allows customers in, why do they not sell our school uniforms?? Time to inquire with our board.

Customer service is horrible and prices are high. Unfortunately this is the only option I have for the school my daughter is going to. My next step is to write a letter to the school and board outline our experience and dissatisfaction and suggest they consider other uniform suppliers like McCarthy’s. At McCarthy’s answers the phone and if not you can at least leave a message. Can’t say the same about this company

Excellent value for the money! I was skeptical when I read the other reviews but boy were they wrong. Quality: pretty much the same as the Gap. Price: totally fair!! Where else can you get a cozy embroidered hoodie for $35?I ordered an extra track pant for myself ($25) and love them. Sizing: just follow the chart it works. Style 10/10 - if the zip up sweaters had a Nike logo they would be selling like hot cakes. Everything looked great on my son. He was worried about having to wear a uniform but he was very happy with the look of everything. Service: Excellent. I received a follow up call on a note I made in the comments and everything arrived free shipping - on time. For the quality and price you are not getting a better deal anywhere. The quality of the golf shirt is better than Gap. Note: I understand it would be trickier for the girls because most items are unisex but I saw on the website that they have a fair exchange policy.
